Overly priced, extremely rude staff. Please do put up a board saying prices are non-negotiable. One of the staff has no manners or respect to speak to women. He has no right to belittle or talk to a woman like she is a crook. I was only asking for a discount if it wasnt possible just let me know its not instead of mocking and taunting the customer! Perhaps its my ethnicity which made one of your workers treat me so badly. Never going back to this store ever again!

Terrible experience! I went there on my first trip to Satwa and bought my needs from there as I saw their reviews are good on google, but it then turned out that everything is extremely overpriced! In addition to that, the staff pretend that they are good when you want to buy something then they become very rude when you want to exchange something not good or bad quality, I absolutely do not recommend this shop, the surrounding shops are a much better choice!

Parking in front of the shop, wide variety of haberdashery items. Avoid in peak hours. Shop assistants helpful.

Very bad experience with them. Overpriced and bad quality of materials. The price is multiplied by 2 or 3 times from other stores. You can find the same product in the other shops with lower and more reasonable price. The customer service staff are very rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place to others.

Very good variety of accessories to use for dresses.

Weve been going here about 5 years now. When we are in Satwa we are sure to stop here. My wife loves textiles and needlework, so I naturally get dragged along.Weve been looking for some weird and creative things and Fida never disappoints. Recently I was looking for small patches as my Crossfit shoes have been having a rough time, and wha-la no worries sir we have patches. Thanks Fida.

Good customer service

I visited Fida General Trading in Al Satwa after my friend suggested it to me. It has a wide range of products for all tailoring amd fashion designing needs. You can find all equipment there. The customer service was also very good. The salesperson helped me with whatever i asked. I had bought fabrics, zppers, buttons, machine oil, threads and few other things.. And when I came home amd used the products, I found that the quality was super fine. During the pandemic they offered me online service as well. They were very helpful.

Fabric and sewing motions. While they usually carry fabrics for saree or specific attires they also have plain cotton and printed with child motives. The notions they sell are really good prices and you can count with any of the sellers knowledge into guided you on how much fabric you will need for a specific garment.

Kind and friendly staff. You get whatever you are searching for. Its a all in one stop for craft lovers and the things u Don’t get anywhere you shall find in this shop. It has a collection of laces, crafts and buttons from past 40years all kind of threads as well.I am sure you shall enjoy shopping here.
