Friendly staff, nice collections

Very bad customer service: took an appointment and when arrived I was told that the master tailor got a day off; no one else was able to help. All this after few phone calls made to confirm and reassured that the work can be done on time. Extremely disappointing considering that I traveled 1 hour plus to get to them

U can get fabric and also stitching at the same place, no need to look for another Tailoring shop. They have very good and professionals staff who understands ur requirements and also advise u for the current trends in fashion.

If its under renowation it shud be updated...i came all the way from ras al.khaima and d ssles guy shows me a damaged piece of suiting and says he wl provide me a piece from the inside. part.ridiculous..
