Today i went to their showroom in AL qouz and It was very difficult to have a deal with them . Not smooth at all .1. They want minimum quantity of 50 piece for each color. So lets say if i want 3 colors, i need to buy at-least 150 pieces of t-shirts !2. Seems like they dont show any interest in customers and they werent even trying.3. Very high prices if you want to have your own t shirt design business .4. lots of their option is out of stock .Good things about them is their showroom is organized .overall ,if you want to buy t shirt for your staff company , this might be an OK option . But if you want to buy t shirts and resell them with your own designs, I Dont recommend them at all because there will be almost no profit since you are paying high for the blank t shirts.My suggestion : Go to t shirt factories in Ajman.good luck

Very rude and arrogant. They gave me a bad attitude simply because I want to costume one item (a sample), instead of a bulk, and decided to charge me the price of a bulk anyway. They demanded 350 for a piece thats offered on their website for 35!Extremely unprofessional way to turn down designers! I am not going to order 50 pieces just to try quality of their products!The owner lacks the very basics of decency.

Great experience getting tshirts made for our youth organization in Abu Dhabi. They communicated quickly with me to quote the order, helped finish up tweaks to the artwork and kept me updated on printing status. The shirts were delivered to me on time as promised and the quality is perfect! Very satisfied with their customer service, price, and quality.

Awful customer care,I spent time coming here, chosing samples for my company, deciding printing services, after i ve chosen samples and wanted to pay - they said they have no change AND NO CARD MACHINE, and said that they can’t help me, no CHANGE, sample worth 90 dhs - i had 500 dhs bill.Having multiple businesses in different sectors since 2006 i would never let go a client like this, client who made an effort to come to industrial area, to check samples, to check about printing solutions, client that would become regular and who is ready to start ordering - as a businessman i would give away samples or would ask to pay later. I don’t need anything for free - i could pay next time, in the end i had cash and i had card - but they did not find working solution for both.

If you need anything to do with fabric printing (t-shirts, hats, bags..etc) this is the best place in town!! Great service, quick, and reasonable prices,

Was keen on buying from them however the guy answering the phone needs some urgent customer service training. He seemed friendly at first but when we mentioned we wanted dozens of t-shirts for our business his attitude changed and he grew impatient, told me to search on google for the differences of the services they offer and that he didnt have time to go through pricing over the phone. What a way to lose customers! If you dont want to speak to customers over the phone, remove your mobile number from your website and add more info :)

Waited 2 weeks for a single sample, it was totally not according to my specifications. The management handled my situation very badly, they ignore my phone calls, the ignore my messages, they reply late, and they dont care about customer satisfaction.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Awful customer service. The main man who takes your order and meets with you is extremely rude and has an attitude problem. Very often ignores phone calls, late to meetings and is a chase to meet. They print really good t-quality shirts here but one star for the overall customer service.

Emirates Apparel are the place to go to for custom clothing in UAE. You may have to wait an extra few days compared to other apparel companies but its worth it for the extra attention to detail. Thanks EA.
