Karcher service center in ras al khor is customer friendly and very quick in solving our enquiries and problems.Friendly service staffs explain to you about the damaged parts and troubleshoot it perfectly! We had the pressure drop issue in one of the jet wash gun, they were able to troubleshoot it correctly and replaced with spare parts

Service was excellent. Very thorough with the procedure and formalities of doing the service. Although I had a relatively minor issue to just change the power cord, they inspected and tested the machine thoroughly. All in all, a good experience with the personnel. Done in less than half an hour and came out with properly working piece of equipment. Ample RTA paid parking.

No service in Goa, India. Used for 1 1/2 year and queried all over Goa, cant find anybody to repair. Had a Black&Decker for 7 years... absolutely no problem.

My wet dry machine stop working, took it there and they fixed uner warranty without any comments.They billed me a couple of AED if I wanted to replace some old pieces, so I accepted.Service was good.They have to improve their communications and message the client when the service is done.I wrote a couple of emails without respinse and they never called me back either.But it seems they are so busy. Improve it.But you can take your goods there and they will fix them. No brainer.

Got a vacuum cleaner a year ago, just worked for less then 8 months, we did not go looking for service center due to covid and last week managed it to show to the technician at the Karcher service center.Cost of the vacuum was 350 AED and they told me it would cost 300 AED to repair the motor. I feel the product is poor, and cost of service after warranty is extremely expensive. I am totally unhappy with the quality and cost of after sales support.

So! I broke my k’archer vacuum and I was really disgruntled to think I’d have to purchase an entire new machine!But no! No need! K’archer Service Center foxed the broken part on the spot within minutes.Ryan was efficient and professional and I was so happy that I went and used this service rather than throw out the vacuum and buy again at a great expense.Ryan was so kind and lovely and offered me other products for the vacuum to stay at its optimum state.I really can’t recommend this service enough. It’s so good. I might break my vacuum again!
