The cleaning was superb. I cant fault it! Cherry made a brilliant job of what she cleaned. The only issue I have is that online payment was available and I was only informed afterwards this is just due to it being my first time using the service. Otherwise, it was great!

I booked with them 2 times because of their rating after my old helper had to leave. The management is polite but the staff sent to me was not proper. First lady came with so much attitude and started to bang stuff on the table while dusting so I had to sent her back. The management apologised and sent another one but she was also rude and not professional. Cleaning staff needs to learn manners and to be professional. I have never experienced such kind of service. They let their management down.

I had my sofas and rug cleaned, they did a great job and my place smells lovely and fresh. The sofas had quite a few stains which have been removed.

Very poor service. I had a deep cleaning of my new house and the pest control. For the cleaning, had to chase the ladies to clean everything and they always found excuses (the window is hard to open, we cleaned it already the dust came after cleaning, etc). The pest control didnt work at all, after one week, I had still ants and insects coming in the house. And the team didnt care at all to send someone back and fix it. I wont recommend their service to anyone, there are better companies with better service.

We have been using them for awhile and found someone we loved who we had weekly. She no longer was available and Julie was a great replacement and ended up loving her more. She is very thorough.

We had a part-time maid who was with us for 2 years. She was fantastic, but, unfortunately for us, she decided to return to her family in her home country, just before Covid hit. Since then we have had numerous part-time maids, however, none lived up to the standards of their predecessor. Having read the reviews on Spring Cleaning, we thought we would give the company a try and arranged a part time maid service with them, having explained the level of service we were looking for. Spring Cleaning allocated us Neecole, who arrived on Sunday, exactly on time and her enthusiasm and work ethos was immediately apparent. Neecole finish the tasks we had asked of her well within the allotted time, so she used her initiative and completed other tasks she saw needed doing without being asked. It was only after she had left did we see that Neecole had been doing this throughout the whole clean, doing things that she saw needed doing that were not on the list. Naturally, it will take a few weeks to become familiar with the housekeeping required in a new, unfamiliar villa, getting to know us and us her. Neecole in just one visit demonstrated all the same attributes of our previous long term maid.... she is hard working, has good time management skills, pays attention to detail, uses her initiative, is friendly, professional and completes her work to a high standard. On such a positive start we have now arranged a regular, twice a week booking with Neecole. She is a credit to the company and we would be happy to recommend her.

Sofa cleaning was good. But they ruined my floor with the product... Took me more than 2 hours to clean. And then the cleaner broke my door locker !!!! Since that time I am waiting for 3 days for them to call me back.... It is insane !

First of all, they arrived 50 minutes late with no phone call to let me know. I had to call the office myself and chase up. The gentleman on the other side of the phone was very apologetic and willing to help which was good. I booked two cleaners for 4 hours. One was very proactive and the other one was VERY lazy...I had to clean after one of them. I asked her to move the items and clean beneath them on several occasions but she kept cleaning around the items. When I asked one of them to clean inside the side table, she responded ‘do the office know this is a deep clean?’ Insinuating that when asking to clean beneath things that this was a deep clean. She didn’t change the bedsheets and rather was fixing the dirty ones currently on the bed, which I had to tell her to change. This is just a fragment of what went wrong. I use cleaning services regularly here in Dubai and honestly, I wouldn’t book them again. I would rather pay more money and get a better service. Worst cleaning service I ever had in Dubai!

Very punctual, appointed time was 8am and she arrived at 7:40 am. She is extremely good, probably one of the best if not the best lady l I have had for household help. She really worked so hard and followed all my personal requirements.I was so pleased with Spring Cleaning Services, highly recommended. I will not disclose the girls name as I do not want her to be popular and busy and I end up not having her again (wink wink). Great job guys!

The cleaning staff are doing a good job, but they never come on time. They never announce that they are late. Last time they forgot about my booking and when i asked why they didnt show up they told me that because the lady got sick suddently.

If you are looking for babysitting services, runaway from Spring Cleaning. I asked an extra help to take care my 2 years old twins for 4 days, 8 hours a day. I required the same maid every day and they said ok, but surprised me sending different people every day. The 1st one tried but were not good with kids at all. The 2nd one was surprised when realized that the work at my home was babysitting. Yes, they trick customers and their personal too. She didnt decline because was afraid to be fired by the company.I ended my booked appointments. Luck I was needing just a help to play with them, not a person to be responsible for them. After this experience I dont trust let kids in their hands.

The absolute worst. We had them for 3 months and out of 12 times we probably saw our assigned cleaner 6. The other times no one showed up.

I had book for the second time and really me n husband were happy with the service. Affordable and service is excellent.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a deep cleaning service 2 days before guests arrived. Coming home that evening there had not been a deep clean done. Things had been tidied but not actually cleaned. I sent videos and pictures to the WhatsApp number showing the issues.By way of resolution, they provided the service again and requested a detailed list of everything I required. I sent the list and on returning home the list hadnt been touched. I couldnt understand why tasks such as the floor being mopped hadnt been done if I had paid for a deep clean? I came home the floor was sticky in some areas and my apartment smelt awful from the cleaning products they used. I sent videos and pictures of the service again to the WhatsApp number provided. I even sent videos using a Clorox wipe to show how easily the stains on the floor came up. I asked for a refund and full reimbursement.I was passed from pillar to post trying to get a response and had to follow up myself every day. Spring Cleaning however declined and offered to send someone for 1 hour to do a visit if I supervised them. By then my guests had arrived and I couldnt accept to pause their visit to assist Spring Cleaning in rectifying something that they clearly were unable to do. I asked again for a refund. After 3 days the owner called me and we agreed a partial reimbursement for the services. However days later and I had still heard nothing back. The team on WhatsApp said now the owner was reviewing the videos and photos and needed 2 further days until they would come back to me.It took a week of continuous following up by me for the owner to call me again. He started the conversation by telling me he knows westerners exactly like me, explained that he had been in Dubai since 2011 and how I just came over here thinking I was the sh**, the owner called me a bully for trying to intimidate little filipino girls (despite having no idea the nationality or gender of the people responding on WhatsApp) and how I wouldnt never try this with a Brit. The owner explained to me how he services so many clients a day and not a single complaint and I come in feeling like I can push people around when I had received the service twice already and that I must have impossibly high standards of cleanliness.TLDR: I had paid for a service that I did not receive. I sent videos and photos to the WhatsApp number and followed up every day due to non-responsiveness of the team. I was informed I would receive a refund, then I wouldnt, then I would. I was told by members of the team they would call back and follow up but never did. In the end, the owner has offered a voucher to enable me to use the deep cleaning service again in the future..

I made a general inquiry through the chat on their web site to ask details based as per our requirements which were not unusual or out of the box!! I was told that i was chatting with John. Absolutely rude in chat were he says quotei am not sure what you are talking about unquote. And what my request and query was we asked for a part time nanny for 3 hours in the evening only, to take care of our son with no other requirements at all. Only to look after him for 3 hours. And he simply says their requirement is minimum of 100dhs per day and they would send someone from 2.30 till 6.30. i asked for 3.30 till 6.30. He was not willing to ask me my part and did not seem interested to help in anyway, moreover he gets rude on whatsapp chat. And i do have a proof of this conversation. So i would strongly suggest to the owner of this company to look into this matter before it spreads and gets a bad word of mouth about their staff!!
