I have requested cleaning service for my apartment for 2 hours. Af first they rescheduled cos the cleaner didn’t come and then I spefically said to ensure the cleaner has cleaning materials/ equipment and the customer service agent ensured it via whatsapp. The cleaner came without vacuum or a proper mop. She came with a brush and cleaning liquid only! She basically cleaned only the floors and toilet for 2 hours and they weren’t even properly cleaned and had to help her move and arrange stuff. I had to clean the apartment all over again when she left. When I complained to the agent via whatsapp, i didn’t receive any reply. I won’t use this cleaning company again.

The guys at sparklingwindowsuae cleaned my whole apartment from mopping the floors to getting behind the beds and tv cabinets making it spotless. I left the key with security and fully trusted them to take over the apartment. They also cleaned the windows and the balcony, to the point where they did things which hadn’t even been requested. Definitely recommend A** rating.
