Ive been in this place three times, funny thing is that each time I got a different price for the exact same item. And in order to make sure of the prices, I asked for the bill, only to see the Cashier pulling a piece of paper and writing down the items prices! And when I asked for an electronic one (by scanning the items), the cashier refused to do so..that tells a lot, plus the prices of rolling tobacco is 30 to 35 percent above market price.I Hope the manager is not aware of whats happening in this store, apparently the employees are taking a margin of the sale into their pockets.. There are many other options in Dubai, please make sure to look around before visiting this place..

I visited today. Not sure about vape and shisha supplies, but for tobacco, youre better off going to a Smoking Center. Rolling tobacco is almost double the price of other stores. I wasnt impressed with customer service.

Went there to find some shisha flavors and other equipment for this. Very limited choices and almost no options. The staff was also least bothered to tell when the new stock will come or providing an alternate. Also pretty long way to get back to Hessa if u reach there
