Been coming to base and mix for many many years. However this is just ridiculous.I bought a few moulds from them and as they were slightly too big I simply couldn’t not use them.On returning- the gentleman said I could return for the value. As I need things constantly from base and mix I was sure.Then he tells me that he can’t return it as he says it’s used.I highly doubt I’m that type or person, that a would buy something and then use it and then return it- I’m just clearly don’t have time for this a, and B- I could easily absorb the cost of the 2 moulds at the value of 100aed.So thanks Base and Mix- you have just lost a client- and a loyal one. Accusing your customers of trying to cheat the system is just appalling.I

I rely on BaNo on my pastry ingredients, as they are approachable, have tried many different samples and have been using their chocolates, brownie mixes. cheese cake mixes, fondant, glaze, creams, fruit puree and more..
