I had ordered the kinder crepe, the normal crepe, and the cheetos crepe, 2 of which were delicious, sweet, and fluffy. However, the cheetos crepe was dire. I HIGHLY recommend the kinder crepe, but not so much the cheetos crepe.

I order crepe and Ice coffee,The crepe was not well cooked and the taste of the ice coffee was like 3in1 with ice.

The quality has really gone down and the staff is one the most unprofessional people ever. Firstly the guy gave me a very derogatory look when i told him i would be redeeming a coupon. Secondly when i told him that the quality of the crepes served was very bad, he simply laughed at my face.

Poor quality food and service.Staff and managers have bad attitude.I personally asked the owner about the disruption she had caused on the streets, given the poor location of the restaurant - she replied not my problem.To conclude, just like the name suggests: poorly thought out and missing a letter (FreezE)

Nutella crepe received was tasteless. No Nutella and tasted like flour. I had called and complained about the same but they were so reluctant to even rectify and was rude.
