Please check your bill immediately, they will always add some cheese or large cold drinks secretly. It taste like more than 50% water mixed with the drinks...

I am big fan of KFC and I know how is your food quality. I really didnt like todays fries they were not fresh.

Not been to a KFC in more than 15 years. Clean and tidy with a nice friendly server. Went for a Zinger meal. Actually quite nice. But very soon after I ate the food I dashed to the toilet. Nothing too dramatic and not blamINg them but it may be 15 years before my next KFC

Every single time I make a telephone order and despite of specifically mentioning to them not to upside my order. They make an upside order for me as per their customer service rule. You ask them for extra ketchup, they need to charge you for it. What kind of unethically business practices are you conducting? If you want to make profit, I suggest you to increase the prices or every meal, instead of unknowingly upsizing every meal on telephone orders. When I escalated my concern to the delivery staff, he says that they are the one whos facing customers agitation and he is helpless as he is only a delivery guy.
