Management were very responsive, even over the weekends. Instructor and management were very kind, professional and understanding. I came in to learn about SEO and Google Adwords, I left with 2 certificates - one from the academy and the other from Google. All aspects of social media marketing and off-page/on-page SEO were covered (including bidding, tags, brand awareness, CTR strategies). Instructor was well versed with knowledge in digital marketing and campaigning. Highly recommended, especially since digital marketing is becoming the norm in the business/consumer industry.
