Trustworthy smartphone retail shop. This is our 3rd phone from them and all are working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Worst ever shop in Meena bazaar for buying smartwatch or mobile phones or any other items. Very unprofessional. They will just offer an cheap rate on call and while you actually visit the shop they will say that either you pay something more than rate offered on call or we will dont have on stock right now. They bluntly says that we are offering cheaper rate on call so that you inperson visit the shop. And also i felt that they are selling tampered pieces / broken seal pieces. About the rate i have experienced it twice

Very bad service, I bought an iPhone 12 which was defective, and they didnt help me change or repair.Only arguing and not letting the other person speak. I think his name was Iqbal. Very uncooperative all money waste. Please be careful.

Sellers are rude. We told them that we’re tourist and they said we will get 5 percent tax refund at the airport. They didn’t put the planet sticker which made the refund invalid. Stay away from this shop, very poor service and will not recommend this to anyone.

Bought 2 pairs of apple airpods. The product was genuine and got a deal better than the market price. Perfectly happy with the sales person Arshad, he was a great host and was friendly enough to not cheat anyone. Recommended!

Very good shop for cellphones and perfumes

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from this shop for AED1900 and the shop owner claimed that its a new device with global warranty, upon checking we found that the device was not upgrading and when we contacted the shop he directed us to Samsung service center and Samsung service center denied any warranty on the device and asked us to check some details on the phone and we found that its a sprint device from US. when we contacted Sprint in US they confirmed that its a warranty claimed device tagged to some one elses name in US and denied providing any further information. when we contacted the shop owner with the details he simply denied any warranty and said Global warranty has noting to do with international warranty its the warranty given by a company called global . Please don buy any thing from this shop as its selling policies are un-ethical.
