Im a regular customer with these guys for almost 5 years now anf have bought multiple phones anf never faced any issues.The price offered is extremely competitive and there is not much need of bargain and haggle on the price offered.Usually the prices are atleast 300 to 400 less here compared to general shopping malls and major outlets.

Very unprofessional. went for getting the bill, Made me wait for 5 hours and still dint get. After that not picking the phone also. Also Phone IMEI number is different compared to the one on the box. Had lot of issues reselling the phone which i bought from this shop.people dont get cheated, buy from a Authorised dealer

Good place to repair and buy phones and tablets

No recommended , unprofessional waste of money and time , other shops doing same jobs in 2 hours and they took 5 days to replace brocken screen.My mobile screen was broken and my friend suggest me this shop and i send it and they fix it and it was good , unlucky the screen broken again and I send it for the second time through my friend again, but this time it wasnt good as the first time ,went to he shop and spoke to Jappar and he explained to me that first time they replace the whole screen , but second time they change the front glass only, i said ok this is fine but there is a quality fault (manufacturing defect ) like dots and marks and even there is a dust inside the screen after they close it , he said this is from the LCD which it doesnt make sense to me and i ask if they will change it as its quality fault , he said we can do it only after 1 or 2 days from fixing it which is not written on their receipt and he want to charge me extra for another screen glass.

Even my phone was repaired (with reasonable price) staff was lazy to call and update me. I had to call and come myself.
