Always have been to the rashidiya branch and loved the ambience and service. As compared to the disappointment last time in another branch, the rashidiya branch came through and turned the experience into a mouthwatering, delectable and delicious foodie venture. Tried the tandoori chicken with Murgh masala biryani and the chicken tikka masala. All the food was well curated to perfection with just the right amount of spice and the service was top notch at the rashidiya branch as usual! Won me all over again.

We went on for a quick lunch and the 2 food items we ordered were delivered in around 20-30 mins.Subzi Pulao was fresh, tasty and flavorful.Salmon Biryani was aromatic and had a good blend of spices and we enjoyed the meal.Their service was courteous and the restaurant had screens for a private dining experience.

Absolutely in love with their yakhni pulao. Gazebo serves a plathora of delicious Indian dishes. The restaurant is clean and serves food made with best ingredients. The quality speaks for itself.

Went there for lunch on a Friday.While the service was excellent, the food just doesnt taste the same anymore. The chicken biryani had a strange smell to it, the kebab portions have reduced, and the seekh kebabs in particular look like they came out of a frozen box from a grocery store.

Visited on Saturday with my spouse. The team was very confused. One waiter asked us to come in. Other 2 said the place was full. When we started to walk out, we were advised our table was ready!!People who came after us, were seated and attended to much before us. We waited for 20 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, yet no one attended us. When we walked out the team was not even bothered to check why we were leaving.The most horrible service experienced ever!!

We have take away the royal falooda and it was Very nice since it was a take away we were supposed collect from restaurant but the person came out of the mall and deliver us the falooda in our car so kind of himWe always go for dine twice in a month and food is also very good

Ordered 10 Biryanis yesterday from the radhidiya branch. Each biryani had just 2 pieces of mutton. Wife called the branch spoke to a very rude server, who kept insisting that we are mistaken. We asked him to send someone so that they can verify for themselves. Will never order again. Very bad experience.

Food was terrible in Bin Sougat branch. Service was not informed on what to do, and honest to god the food tasted like disappointment. The bread and water were fine.

This review is particularly for the Bin Sougat branch. The Gazebo chain is quite spectacular, their little booths, very professional staff and great food. But this place in particular had very tasteless food. Thats right, with all the spices that youd expect in Indian cuisine, it is very shocking to have barely any taste. The chicken felt to be of lower grade, and everything was sort of compensated by an overpowering taste of onions, Be it in the lentil soup or their masalas.Breakdown:Staff: very professional and open to criticismLocation: not as clean as the other branches.Food: tastless, feels low grade. Masala and lentil soup tasted the same due to overpowering onion taste.All in all, I (personally) will avoid this branch for the foreseeable future. But I do believe that they will improve, I probably will check on them in a few months.

Visited on 14-May-21 for Lunch, the service was pathetic. We reached around 1.45 and it was around 5.30 by the time we left - This is an indication of how bad and slow the service was;We ordered Chicken Black pepper tikka and 2Nos Rhang (Mutton Shoulder) - 20 minutes after the order was placed the waiter tells us that Chicken Black pepper is not available!! He suggest from what is available to change the order - after a while he informs that of the 2 Rhang - only one is available second is not available!We asked him to proceed with only 1 in this case - however what was served seemed like only half a shoulder that too served in small pieces.We also ordered their special mutton biryani - 2 Nos and 12 Raitas (beaten curd); The biryani was good but the Raitas were served after we have finished the biryaniWe noticed around 10-12 riders from delivery apps waiting outside and it seems the restaurant staff was prioritizing the delivery orders instead of the Dine-in customers;Overall this was not a happy experience and although they offered us a small discount it does not take away from the bad experience. I would think twice (actually several times) before I ever visit this place again.

Good food price is little high

Two days ago I have ordered chicken malay corma. I had no idea how much Gazebo had deteriorated. Dry pieces of chicken, the chipest chicken breast, were in the curry. The curry was very tasty, but the dry cheap chicken breast completely ruined the whole meal. I have ordered in Gazebo for about 10 years. This was the worst meal I have ever seen.

Amazing dishes, wonderful customer service and all the dishes are definitely worth their price.Their Hyderbadi briyani is the best main dish to order and dessert being kesari or rose falooda. ♥️Beautiful place to go on special occasions.

Hi All,Gazebo restaurant Rashidiya trying to cheat people. Today i ordered 2 ghost hydrabadi briyani and chicken tikka. When i reach home and got shocked to see the briniyani qty.While ordering the counter staff mentioned that they serving briyani in container insted clay pot due to covid 19 sitiuation same time i checked about quality and rice quantify. They mentioned all would be same. But when i reach home and open the pack i shocked to see very less rice qty, no egg, no proper mutton it is only bones. I have dine in the past many times and i know the quality and quantity of Gazebo but they taking the covid 19 sitiuation as a advantage to cheat and looting their customers.I will convey this to all my relatives and friends to stop them going to Gazebo.......I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT DINEIN OR TAKEAWAY FROM GAZEBO ATLEAST UNTIL COVID 19 SITUATION GET OVER.

Last time I went there was 2-3 years ago. I didnt like it but I thought Id give it another shot recently.Sure enough, its still the same. Seating is not comfortable. Atmosphere is outdated and cheap compared to other restaurants of the same class and price range.Food is bland. Bite after bite felt the same without any depths of flavor, and we had ordered many dishes, none of them hit the spot.Was disappointed big time and I wouldnt be going there again in a long time to come unless things change to the better.I dont recommend it

As always kababs are succulent, melting in mouth. Gravies are also good. Would have given 5 stars if the biryani would have been better.

Beautifully presented and very fine taste food.. Im used to the Gazebo in Burdubai but this will be my new favourite... The staff is very caring and made excellent suggestions, also when we requested the bill they made sure to ask if we had any discount card (but we didnt have any) anyways was nice to have such reminder. Please just consider an ambient music selection , at least on a very low volume as is very uncomfortable to listen to extrangers conversations.

One of our Favorite Restaurant, especially the one in Bin Sougat Centre. We can enjoy the mouthwatering Dum Biriyanis with the background view of Airport/Runway/Flights/Metro Etc. Definitely a place to try out. Highly Recommended.

We placed order in advance and reserved seats for 5 people. Food was ready by the time we reached there. Awesome food, especially Chicken Kabab, Chicken Pot Biriyani and Veg. Pot Biriyani etc. Me and my friends enjoyed the food there. Staff is also very friendly.....for sure will visit again....
