Send your staff for customer service training immediately! Instead of handing over the product, bill and cash change to customers they throw it for them to pick it.Moreover what shocked me, was they didnt allow us to sit on the available seat saying it was not allowed to Sit due to covid. I didnt see anything saying do not sit here due to covid.Pathetic!

The smell of the freshly made buns with the aromatic fragrance of cinnamon wil make you so tempted that you couldn’t resist and will definitely grab something to eat from this fresh baked heaven.The are serving the amazing choco bites too which are guilt free and a person like me who take balance sugar can enjoy it too. Super fresh amazingly delicious.Highly recommended! Can’t wait to try some more soon.@Cinnabon you guys rock!

It is the same taste so delicious but this branch so tight and it is ok for takeaway the staff very friendly and so kindness it is so tasty 😋 and delicious rolls with chocolate and nuts i am recommended this for every one ☝️

Nice cake but coffee and juise not the best

Sorry I just ordered 1 box of assorted roll worth 42 aed but it is already hard like its been on the display for long :(( why do you still sell this I thought you have a high standard of handling food.No one will buy anymore. This will ruin business if you continue this act. Im sorry to say but totally disappointed.

The food and the drinks is cold The staff will not treat you well .

It really satisfied my craving, made me feel full after eating just half of the caramel pecan cinnabon and mocha drink. The staff are friendly and accomodating, they are quick in serving orders.

Very bad experience. I order one cinnabun for take away and requested for a bag as I had many things in my hand. This was a big mistake I guess? Because your employee treated me very badly and wasnt even ready to put my order in the bag.And when I asked for help she really made me feel as if buying one cinnabun was a cheap thing to do, Although i was still making my mind for another item but I didnt order because of such disrespectful experience. Never going to Cinnabun again.

They are consistently awesome across the globe I think. This branch is not an exception either.

My favourite desert always

I really love the fact that cinnabon is one of a kind. I love the smell of coffee and it’s pastries. I just got disappointed when i got home to realize from the bag they gave me is exactly not the one I ordered. Anyway, i still ate it. Delicious!

A good place with fresh cinnabons

Love Cinnabon rolls but it is too sweet. Many like it becoz it is too sweet. I love to watch them making it.

Although this branch of cinnabon is very small and does not accommodate a lot of customers, but the atmosphere is beautiful, they have great employees, respectful treatment and dealing wonderfully with various customers.

Cravings statisfied as always! 😀
