We ordered food for very small gathering at our residence from Bol Gappa.And I must say it was amazing food, and excellent service.They reached on time, and settled quickly . Person serving the food was very humble and knew his job.All our guests loved the food . And quantity was also good. I would definitely recommend to others and order myself again

This bollywood themed resturant left us in awww after first visit and we cant wait to go back! From bollywood themed wall to famous dialogues altered beautifully was super attractive. Seating area was decent and color theme was excellent. Coming to the food, everything tasted delicious! Mexican Bhem and Balam Pichkari were to die for. Presentation of the food was super impressive. Butter chicken tasted excellent, naan were fine too. Highlight of the day was paani puri and sizzling walnut brownie full of brownies! Staff was very effecient, service was quick. Plenty of parking spaces outside.

Got a chance to visit them after so long!Everytime i passed karama I would see this place! So this time we visited and tried their winter menu.We tried the Chicken Snow Balls its deep fried and coated with bread chunks might be a bit oily but loved the chicken filling inside, Bhaji Pao Mastani which was a pao bhaji fondue and Paneer Birbal ki handi! Loved the gravy!Also try their tea heard that its good too!

Found this place quite by accident. We were out driving were in the mood for Chatpati fast food when we saw this place. Walked in not expecting much. But I was surprised with the food. Everything we ordered was amazing. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked not overdone with spices. just perfect. What I also appreciated was that they brought one dish at a time and by the time we were done with it they brought the second dish and the timing was perfect. Absolute must try for all and not too heavy on the pocket either. Definitely our new favourite place

Bol Gappa, located in Karama is a very interesting food restaurant, we had visited this eatery for lunch. A charismatic ambience prevails here paired with an energetic vibe. They have recently launched a new Winter Special Menu which has some very unique dishes lined up.We started with the very delicious Spicy Noodle Soup, it had an excellent taste. Prawns Shashlik Oriental, we were definitely spellbound by the taste & flavour of this dishes. Paneer Birbal ki handi & Singapur Rice Noodle for the main course, moment the food is served, you already know this is going to be good, both the dishes were absolutely drool worthy & divine till the last bite.GupChup shots ( Choco Puri), basically chocolate coated puri with brownie stuffing to be filled with flavoured milk, this was best dessert i had in long time. This should not be missed.Overall Bol Gappa exceeded my expectations and I honestly can not wait to go back to try other dishes.

This place does serve some delicious indian cuisine with a little twist of their own💯. I absolutely loved their Mexican bhel which was a mixture of fried noodles, onions and crushed nachos all put in together tossed up with a variety of sauce giving a devouring flavour❗. Second on the list that I would highly highly recommend you all to try is their tandoori mushroom lifafa I got to tell you that this is one of the best wraps I have tried in Dubai🤤. The wrap consists of some barbeque mushroom along with some bell pepper cheese and coriander rolled in a very unique kind of soft spinach tortilla🌮. Giving a very unique taste. Apart from these dishes I tried out their Yo yo honey singh chilli mushroom, peri peri pizza and gup chip shots( chocolate paani puri) which were all fairly average at taste. Leaving the food aside the place holds a really nice interior as well and could accommodate plenty number of people aswell🤩. The staff too are pretty hospitable and friendly. Although one thing to be noted is that, during my visit a certain number of staff members were seemingly not wearing a mask which I would suggest them to work on.

Amazing starters to start with, all the appetizers are a must try , something new i must say, quite flavorful. The main course was quite disappointing for me after i had tasted the starters. Desserts again very good. I would still want to visit again and give it a second try on the main course.

Bol Gappa is everything Bollywood. It took me to the reel world of cinema and served me delicious indo western food. I absolutely loved the twist they brought to the food served to me. Everything was exceptional with amicable staffs.The ambience is super quirky with the caricatures of Bollywood actors and filmy dialogues giving an overall amazing vibe. The twisty items I tried in Bol Gappa was Mexican Bhel (5/5), Schezwan Crispy (5/5), Tandoori Mushroom Lifafa (5/5) and Gup Chup Shot (5/5).

Pizza, Fried rice, Manchurian and Ragda Pattice was all excellent and made fairly quickly as well. Would definitely visit again to try other dishes!!

We were craving for food from your outlet and we went to the Karama one last evening for dinner.I wanted to let you know that we had a very good experience - as expected.We ate Pani puri, dahi puri, pav Bhaji, kulche chole, vada pav, Paneer popcorn, garlic naan, chocolate Pani puri shots etc..The prep, presentation, taste and quality of food was very nice. This Mexican Bhel used nachos seasoning instead of the usual chaat masala. They topped it of with corn nachos, bell pepper, red onion, and sev. It was a good combination that we were tempted to order again. However, Boll Gappa has a lot more to offer so let us continue...Crispy Schezwan- deep fried heavy batter coated baby corn and cauli flower marinated in spicy Schezuan sauce served on a bed of vegetarian hakka noodles topped with green onion. It has the punginess and spiciness of liberal use of garlic with a unique zesty and spiciness from Schezwan pepper. I cannot stop munching on this goodies even if it was spicy. The noodles helped on mellowing the spiciness of the fried vegetables.Papdi Chaat- is like dahi batata puri but it uses the flat rice crackers instead of the round hollow ones. The secret to this is eat it immediately once served and open your mouth wide. Same with dahi batata puri, this is a safe food to order for those who don’t like spicy. The dahi or yogurt blends perfectly with the chaat masala. The diced potatoes and chickpeas gave the rice crackers additional texture and taste.What we tried are few of their best sellers which are light. Bol Gappa has a lot to offer and will definitely be back for more. I am rating them 4/5.

Having Bol Gappa as the caterers for our party was the best decision! Everything was so smooth, right from the menu planning to the teardown of the setup at home. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests couldnt stop praising it. We ordered a variety of snacks and main courses. Loved the Keema Pav and Stuffed Button Mushrooms. Their staff also was so accomodating and helpful! This was my first time trusting a restaurant with catering for my party without having the food tried earlier but I must say, Bol Gappa didnt let me down in front of my guests!

While looking around for a place to eat at, this small restaurant located in the quiet streets of Karama with quirky, Bollywood themed interiors drew our attention the most! We went on a weekend and the restaurant was very crowded, but the staff managed to find a table for us as soon as we entered. So, we ordered Dahi batata puchkas for starters and Paneer tikka wrap. I really really love a good wrap and what do I say, this was just amazing. It was warm, fat, juicy and so full of flavours! Even better, it came with some good ol fries, mint chutney and sauce. It is a very inexpensive place and the quantity and the quality of the dishes is so worth the price. And not to forget, the staff were very kind and courteous.

Definitely a must visit restaurant. Quirky take on the Bollywood theme with an interesting decor, tasty food and friendly staff with excellent service. The menu is a bit of a hotch potch (an attempt on fusion I would think) but they do have some really interesting items to pick from. What surprised me is finding Calcutta roll (definitely going back to try it).The portions are slightly small but yummy it sure is.What I liked the most about the place is the eagerness of the staff and the Manager to seek out feedback for improvement. Bol gappa. one of my friend was craving for gol gappa. So we went to this restaurant and checked their menu but we didnt find any item named gol gappa. we asked one of their staffs, he helped us and informed that balam puchkari is basically gol gappa/ pani puri.We ordered balam puchkari. They served it with 2 types of sauce!! one is sweet tamarind sauce and another is mint.They staffed gol gappa with aloo.But gol gappa dough was not crispy. the staffing of aloo was cold. Didnt enjoy that much.Atmosphere is really very pretty.Beautifully decorated restaurant with outdoor seating area. food 3/5

Bol Gappa is a famous Bollywood movie themed outlet in the busy streets of Karama, and  Its my first time trying out this place, and recently they  added winter dishes to their menu too.So what we had;From the winter menu,Start with some spicy noodle soup- veg. I loved the sopy and it reminded me of the hill station  soppy maggi.In the drink we had strawberry mojito , the drink was super refreshing as well. It had a good amount of fizz to it but just they added some extra chopped strawberries they got stuck in straw.For starters we had Prawns Shashlik , it was a must try dish.. big and juicy prawns  getting goated with thai flavored coconut milk sauce .I was left speechless. It had the right amount of spice and hint of asian flavour. Definitely coming back for this one!For the main also we ordered specials from the winter menu which is , litti chokha and paneer birbal ki handi both were good.I just loved paneer birbal ki handi along with garlic naan.Overall, we had an amazing experience. It was really quirky . The service was on point as well.

Bol gappa is a treat for all the hungries out there. Restaurant interior pays tribute to classic bollywood movies and you are never bored while waiting for food. The food is super tasty as well with their own twist, somehow they manage to jazz up the regular standard menu found in typical Indian restaurants. Must try if you are in the area. If you are there in the winters do try Undhiyo Platter and Litti Chokha.

I read from recent khalej times recently saying this is much go eat out, however being a foodie its overhyped. It is over costly with poor ambience because the dishes are over priced for that area.
