I visited this place to take the delivery of my onam sadhya. The food was really good. I particularly liked the payasams and erissery. There was even a guide on how to properly place the different items on the leaf which was quite handy. Although the quality was really good I did feel that the price was a little bit on the higher side as compared to other restaurants.

Today Me and my family had a great luch from Sujas Kitchen which was highly recommended by some of my friends. From my own experienceit was a good try. The food was reminiscent of kerala with same quality and aroma.I had resource rich lunch with sambar fish mulakittath. Especially the beef curry and the coconut fish curry both reminded me the flavors of Kottayam. Their Beef cutlet was really good.

Really enjoyed my dinner from Sujas. Ordered dishes I had never tried before. Super tasty. Just the right amount of spice and combination of flavours. Highly recommended... 👍👍👍

Delivery of the food is on a timely basis, the food was properly and neatly packed to ensue that there is no Spillage. Kappa and red spicy fish curry was on point and was packed with flavor and the fish was soft and flaky. the Appam and chicken curry was the best combination. the chicken cutlets was rightly spiced. The Rice payasam was sweet but not too sweet and was the best way to end this delightful meal. defiantly recommend to try fro Kerala home cooked style food.

SUJAS KITCHEN: A delivery only kitchen which serves some of the most famous and authentic home-style cuisines from South Indian state of Kerala. At the time when we were staying at home for self quarantine , that too for a long time without dining out , we received a food package via special contactless delivery.We received a paper bag package and the food stuffs were very nicely packed without any leakage.The package we received included ~• Starters:~ Home made Chicken cutlets : These cutlets were very crisp outside and soft inside with finely shredded chicken, smashed potato and spices.~ Veg salad: Nicely cut cucumber, carrot slices with lemon cubes. It was very fresh.• Main course:~ Kappa Meen Curry : This combination of boiled and smashed tapioca with extremely spicy king fish curry was a must try. I loved this combination which is a very famous traditional dish in Kerala.~ Chicken Mappas : One of the popular curry served in most of the kerala restaurants. Succulent pieces of chicken cooked in coconut milk, turmeric and fenugreek. It was mild spicy and tasty with tadka.~ Beef fry : This classic lip smacking, spice-rich beef fry is an awesome treat for spice lovers. Well marinated tenderloin stir-fried with onion, green chilly and generous amount of black pepper with a touch of curry leaves.. This beautiful mix of spices will never fail to appeal your senses with it’s mouth watering aroma.~ Paratha and Appam : Both are very popular among kerala cuisines. They were freshly prepared and were very tasty with chicken curry.• Dessert ( Maduram / Sweets)~ Semiya payasam : We ended our meal with delicious Semiya payasam which is prepared with fried vermicelli in milk.All the food stuffs were fresh with home made ingredients and generous in portion. I’ll definitely order their other dishes in coming days.

The food is usually authentic and feels hygienic with limited items to choose from, however on Onam we ordered their Onam sadya and it didnt live up to expectations.They advertised 27 items and a pic of the same to probably cross check and we received 21 items (including salt, ghee, and three types of pickle). Going over and picking up the order was definitely not worth it.

Whenever I need a good malayalee meal in Dubai my first choice is always Sujas kitchen. I discovered this place about 2 years ago and both my wife and I are die hard fans. They have a limited menu compared to a lot of other places out there and while that can be an issue for some people, however I think that is their strength. They have a limited range but they do it oh so well!! Each dish that I have tried has always exceeded my expectations. My particular favourite is the achayans sadhya they have on Fridays. A combinations on veg and non vegetarian dishes, packed with flavour. The food always arrives fresh, well packed and excellent portion sizes. My go to place for when I need a reminder of kerala and home. Def a must for anyone that hasnt tried it before !!

Compared to the rate they are charging, the food provided was not worthy. We ordered extra fish fry with meals which was not at all fresh, tasted like it was being kept refrigerated for ages and was more like dry fish. Quantity was good, most of the dishes were fine, only have complaint about fish.

Out of all the cuisines weve tried Kerala (India) cuisine is our favorite. Sujas Kitchen brings the taste of home food to your plate and delivers in and around Al Quoz. We stay in sports city and there are minimal mallu restaurant delivery outlet here so sujas Kitchen is a welcome addition. They have several items from Keralas favorites like the Porota & beef ularth(4/5), Kappa (Tapioca) & meen curry(5/5) and my favorite out of their menu was the appam and railway chicken (made with coconut milk 4/5). Theyve also got some really crunchy beef cutlets(5/5) and payasam (4/5) as well. Overall the food tasted excellent and with minor improvements to delivery & service levels, this place will be a hit.

I have been ordering from Sujas for over 10years. But ever since Ive started ordering from their Dubai Kitchen my experience has always been bad. My orders never get delivered on time, the people who are assigned to answer their phones never attend the calls when a follow up is done, they try to switch off the phone or change to flight mode to avoid calls. They never respond or acknowledge WhatsApp messages and incase of any mess in the order they do not have the courtesy to say yes well replace or refund. As a customer despite of placing orders in advance Im always put in situation whereby Im too late to order from elsewhere due to time constraints. I hope Mrs. Suja takes note of this and try to enhance her customer service and customer experience.

Worst chicken biriyani I ever had in DubaiDo you guys really know how to make a thalasseri dum biriyani..Atlest clean the chicken properly..Since you are charging 22 aed for chicken biriyani cant you use Quality rice...

We ordered the Onam Sadhya today and were so pleasantly surprised to find a delightful home cooked Sadhya meal. Every dish was so well made and tasted just fabulous, so we called them to say thank you. The payasam was the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

This place used to be my go to for all occasions, even when I wasn’t well, when I lived in Sharjah years ago.Now they have a delivery unit based in Dubai and I tried the food the other day for dinner. The dishes were neatly packed and labelled.Juicy beef cutlets, soft and fluffy appams, soft Kerala porottas with delicious veg. stew and Chicken curry, melt in the mouth kappa with our favourite Kottayam-style Fish curry and Beef fry were the highlights of the evening. Everything we tried were delicious and prepared well. Though the beef was a little chewy and could have been a bit more tender.Also tried their payasam which was perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness.

Ordered against my better judgment. Ordered 6 dishes. Got two. And that too not mine. Lol 😂😂. And when I called these fellows they said they can’t do anything about it. No wonder 3.9 rating. I’m actually surprised they have 3.9 rating.

It is been 5 weeks that I have been calling to get lunch delivered on a Friday. even today the same happen. No efforts taken-to either make it happen or else to say it cannot be delivered. all you know is wait n wait n wait n then realize that it will not b delivered after follow up calls.it’s a total disappointment for food lovers like me who have been experiencing the same since past a month. hopeless service. hopeless customer care. don’t care for customers and have no value to their feedback.advice - either make arrangements to fulfil the orders or else reduce the minimum order requirement in Zomato. u cannot expect 1 person to order meal to 60 AED. hope this is looked upon. or else now since options are more u will lose customers who love your food for this pathetic service.

This place serves normal yet tasty kerala dishes from the dark kitchen. Deliveries available across Sharjah and they also have a kitchen in Dubai as well. Since im not rice person i loved their dishes delivered. It had appam, kappa and fish curry, chicken coconut curry, dry beef fry, cutlets which were toooooo good, porotaa, beef curry and payasam. This kit is totally filling 2-3 people and each one of semiya the dishes mentioned were good. Delivery 📦 person took his precautions for delivery during the crisis. Food still maintained the heat. Prices are also very reasonable.Overall im pretty impressed. People who are looking for some homemade kerala good, look no further. They are really good

For Easter we ordered the Achayan meal and it was truly prepared with love!Must try items: Cutlets, Kappa, Biryani and meals!Delivery: on time and that one time when it got late on a Thursday night they called up to apologize and inform the delay! Was falsely promised the Online opportunity to order in the Onam Shadhya.My wife called in the morning to enquire for a dinner order and was told that it will be available in the evening.We tried to order via Zomato from 4pm till 7pm and the restaurant was offline. When we called them at 5 they kept saying that we will come online in a short while.We really wished they could have let us know at 5 or when we called again at 6 that they will not be able to fulfill this.We were recommended this place for their promptness and quality.Sadly we are disappointed.

Amazing food. The taste cannot get anymore authentic. Should try their Beef options. Your taste buds will thank you. I am surely listing them as a must go places. Waiting for the lockdown to get over to visit them and experience the ambiance.

Pls order from them if you live within 10 minutes of their delivery place. Unprofessional staff and an attitude to boost. Stay away from them if you value your time and money. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants out there that is much more your worth people.

Really disappointing 😓I used to be a regular weekend customer from their initial catering center in Sharjah ten years back and I loved them. It was with delight that I welcomed the news of their opening near my place in Dubai. I didn’t had to think twice to order Biryani on an Eid day as I was down with fever. I trusted their quality.The food was ordered around 10:30. Even after 2pm the delivery didn’t reach. Dude to COVID situation and blockage we could understand the delay. We waited. The food was delivered by 4:30pm. We really feel pity for delivery man when he told about the blocks. So we pardoned the delay. But the big surprise was awaiting us inside the box 📦....Half cooked rice and gravy was our biryani which was ordered for Aed 27 per pack 😣. With kids at home it was a drained out Eid. I had to feed home cooked plain rice and curd for my family that day leaving the parcel half opened in the table .When the same was informed to management , they apologized stating the inconvenience caused due to big orders. Is it a reason for customer to suffer paying for food, I don’t know. And they promised to deliver a new pack for us I order to compensate which never reach my home till date 🤭

Good Indian restaurant

On 17th January 2020 I had a HOME Welcome party at my place MIDTOWN DEYAAR which was organised by SUJAS KITCHEN. There were few things which I need to mentioned.1. The food was supposed to start 2 to 2:30. But it was started at 3:30.2. Though starting late but there were still 3 items missing. HOMMOS, BREAD & TEA.3. 40 plates for 80 People.4. The rest of 40 plates were hidded in a box and it was taken out when I saw it, when party was almost finished and guest were done eating in disposable plates.5. KABABS was finished only serving 40 People.6. Tea was brought when half of my guest left home.
