Always a fan of the restaurant’s concept. So posh and very vintage but their food portion is shareable, pocket friendly and most of all delicious.

Shakespeare and Co. is well designed place. The concept and ambiance of the place is unique in a good way.Their food tasted really nice and their food portions were quite generous. Bread and butter was a good starter and so were their beverages.

Special interior design which makes me go old days in west , tasty cousine , respectful staff

Excellent customer service and great quality of food with great value for money.The staff are very friendly and professional.I love coming to this particular branch with my husband after my gym workout.Relaxing atmosphere and great food after a heavy workout is a nice way to finish the day.Definitely highly recommended.

Shakespeare and Co is a surreal venue channeling period piece decor like an Alice in Wonderland theme restaurant. Chandeliers, elaborate piece frames, cloth lamp shades with fringing, Louis 14th style chairs: it’s got all the makings of a princess birthday party in the middle of a strip mall in the edge of Springs and Meadows.The menu is vast and broadly international ranging from lasagna to Pad Thai to spaghetti bolognaise and towering chicken melt sandwiches. Alas, we were here for breakfast ordering the millennial catnip: açai bowls and avocado toast with poached eggs, feta and chillis.The meals arrived the portions are a decent size but unremarkable. You will trip over six places serving exactly the same items en route to S&Co: meaning there’s plenty of options. The avocado was a little brown, the portion is fairly small vs other breakfast spots. The açai bowl arrived 20 minutes after the eggs meaning we are together yet alone.Would I come back? No. There’s more attention to detail in the decor than executing dishes memorable for the right reasons. There are many places to eat in this area so there is no need to return.

Excellent place for breakfast or business meeting, as it’s not buzzing (read: noisy). Food quality is consistently delicious. I have ordered many different dishes and tried them, none disappoint yet. Service is better than average. They take Entertainer voucher here and don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program (SAC). Their SAC rewards program is quite generous.

Amezing place. Went to this spring branch and loved the coffee and shisha. And good thing is they have Pan flav.

Best acai bowl in town, quantity is excellent - toppings are in a generous quantity. If you want to smoke shisha they have a nice ambience, if you want to avoid it - you might want to look for another place.

The staff and service have improved so much, it really was amazing this morning. They went out of their way to accommodate all the kids requests and did it all with a smile.

Had breakfast there many times. While outside is hot, it gives great feel of outdoors while staying in AC.Theyve less variety but food is definitely 5 star.

Lovely outdoor seating with both smoking and nonsmoking options. Their fondant au chocolate is yummy along with arabic coffee or moroccan tea. Cozy place to chill in the evening they have outdoor couches and they serve shisha.The food service is not the fastest. The food portion is big and taste is good nothing special though. But would definitely come again for such a pleasant outdoor lunch.

The food is average but the ambiance is nice. However, for my family the total mood killer was the bad service. The waiters repeatedly ignored us even when they clearly saw me calling them and showing them my hand. They glanced at me and went about their business. Hope they sort it out.

This is one of my favourite. Now it’s also open in Bahrain so I am happy.

Well designed outdoor smoking area with just right ammount of AC and ventilation that makes stay enjoyable even for non-smokers. High quality food and beverage with refreshing variety, as in other restaurants in this chain. One of better places to visit during the summer with friends who smoke / enjoy shisha.

We came for lunch. Have waited for 15! minutes to be served. We kept looking at waters, they kept ignoring us. But we had plenty of attention from many flies. I had time to observe rubbish in planters. Finally we left, and staff havent even noticed that. We couldnt believe it. We used to like this location. Total disappointment. We bought some food from the hot counter in the local supermarket, saved money though. Still, noy nice feeling.

They have vegan options for breakfast and almond/soy milk for coffee! Great atmosphere, highly recommend!

Well maitained serving variety of continental dishes but a bit expensive not worth the money spend... menu needs good portion of light meals and appetisers. Shakespeare needs to go back to its origins.

Management clearly demonstrates that guests smoke sisha their number one priority and most welcomed since outside seating area for non-smoker eaters is very small, tables are next to each other and almost all are low seating position. You dont really feel that you are seating outside and in 2nd class section of the cafe.. You want to enjoy atmosphere of the place , then, start smoking and come here.

Pretty ordinary breakfast fare, especially some pathetic breads being served and even the Omelettes served were pretty ordinary. Quality seemed to be of least of the restaurants concerns by the looks of it. One restaurant removed from our list unfortunately. We used to be regular visitors of Jumeirah branch.

Great quiet neighborhood spot. Has been consistently good over the past 4-5 years that Ive visited. Food is fantastic, full of flavour and very fresh. The menu is dynamic and very reasonably priced.

After being a loyal customer for many years, I visited shakespeare meadows with my family and ordered ribs, steak sandwich and mixed grill. The red meat tastes weird with a horrible after taste and was too chewy to eat. We ate what we could but gave the server feedback.He came back to us saying he checked and there is nothing wrong with the meat. This is not the response or service expected from a well known liked restaurant. Very disappointed and will not be coming back in a hurry.

The choices are comparatively limited if you are a vegan. Unfortunately, some good options which were in their old menu are missing now- like grilled vegetarian sandwich. I ordered Shakespeare burger with lettuce bun - didnt know lettuce bun is not plain bun with lettuce, but just lettuce! 🤣 .... It was quite edible though. Only thing, patty had no flavour as such. So overall they have a bigger menu now but removing good dishes from the old menu wasnt a good idea.... They were more flavourful dishes. We also tried their veggie pizza, but again, flavour was missing.Service was prompt otherwise.

Great breakfast and food items... lovely and decadent deserts that shout out to you. The French fries there is absolutely crunchy and tasty. Love the avocado and egg as well. The decor is very quaint and pretty so just to sit there have coffee or shisha may b relaxing for one.

The best breakfast in Dubai is there. Also the best cakes on top of them is the mille fille and the tiramisu.

A good place to chill. Catch up on a lazy weekend, with sheesha and some of he best desserts Ive had. The lemon and chocolate tart, to be precise.

Convenient location, ample parking available, ambiance was good, however, the coffee wasnt, they served it cold, had to request to warm it up which I got back only upon repeated follow ups, the service somehow wasnt that quick and great

Usually love this place but the staff this Wednesday morning (2 waiters in particular) need to work on their service and especially their rude attitude, extremely upsetting and not up to this places standards.

Air conditioning was not working and staff when we came promised in will take 15 min, they kept in promising for about 3 hours, we planned celebration of birthday and didnt want to change the place, it was very disapoiting.

Good food and service, the terrace could be a bit nicer: tight and chairs a bit old. For the Dubai standard it could be better. On the positive side, the terrace has separated smoking and non smoking areas.

I am not sure if my luck with this place is not good, nothing went well! First they forgot to bring half of my breakfast, second they brought already eaten bread to our table, third the humous tasted weird, fourth i ordered coffee skim milk and they got me full cream, fifth they refused to use the entertainer voucher for the breakfast meal and lastly they refused to take cash to pay my meal!! What a bad customer service!!!

First let me start thank you for the food it was great, but what experienced with customer service was terrible almost no customer service from the moment we sat down until the time to order it took 15-30min the funny thing I timed it one time. I noticed it was only our table the was treated like this.

The toasted breads are always cold no matter what season and reason. The hash browns are consistently inconsistent and part of the orders often forgotten.They do a great job with the eggs and sandwiches . And the coffee has always been good. The desserts are a definite thumbs up.
