Abdul Khader is very professional yet friendly business owner.Excellent job with fixing the window blackouts roller blinds - Mohammad (one of his employees) fixed the curtains very well and accurately next to one another & used the vacuum cleaner which left the house clean & tidy.I can now say the house is protected from the sun and can feel the AC cooling so much better!Highly recommend using his services!

Very bad customer service. Made me wait a week and then quoted me an exorbitant price for moving curtains. Very bad service for old customers..Reply…As mentioned before, your customer service was bad, had to follow up several times and despite promises to call me in the evening/tomorrow I had to constantly follow up over several days. Excuses were we are busy with other projects. Then why take on extra work? Why promise the customer a time?With regards to the price, for minor alterations and install with my own material AED 500 is too steep for half a window. The cost for shifting was fine.You may have provided others with great service, but my experience is not the same.

A perfect solution for our kitchen window to reduce the effect of the sun and obtain privacy. Measured and colour chosen on Thursday delivered and fitted in full working order on Sunday. It was also Eid Fitr weekend. Also good value. An excellent result. Fully recommended.

I would recommend this curtain company to everyone who requires curtains and curtain rails products and service. I am moving house so I required to have new railings because of corner windows in the new apartment. Mr. Abdul was very responsive on the whatsapp contact number. I sent pictures and measurements and they got the railings prepared under very short notice for a very good price. Mr. Abdul and his team were very polite and flexible even though there is no electricity in the new apartment they found a solution. Great service and finished product at a great price. I will definetely be using them again. I did not even have to take the trouble to visit their store in order to get the curtains fixed which definitely reduced my stress levels with the whole moving process without having to find a store or take the hassle of visiting dragon mall or other places. Thank you Mr. Abdul and the MAK Curtains team. Amazing.
