My wife and I visited in February 19 and purchased a number of fabulous carpets at tremendous prices during the visit, everyone we were involved with at caravan carpets were excellent, informative, helpful and professional. Since the visit I have been in touch with them via email on various further information I required on the carpets and the responses were prompt, and answered to my complete satisfaction by Ruth from customer support. I bought a tiger carpet painting for 5,000 euros on March 9th, 2020.The delivery arrived at the end of June.We thank the German Consul in Dubai who intervened.As a result, the delivery took place within a week.Previously, there was no response to an email or phone call.
