We had made saveral orders for raised floor from the company. The first 2 went very well and we had built confidence in the company the third order was completely different they supplies us with pedestals that were cut. Without proper stringer supports and mixed. Items that didnt meet specifications. Even with all the proof we provided they refused to resolve the issue and capt sending us incorrect samples until our project was delayed.
