Love the community and everything about springs. All houses are close to each other but still have full privacy. So good for kids as the community is gated and with security so always the kids are being monitored. And have nice pool and kids play area. So good neighborhood and neighbors.. easy access to marina and sheikh zayed road. Perfect place to stay in Dubai

I only rated 5 stars because my friend lives here, and her house is HUGE.Now here are my friends reason why:House quality is amazing.The architecture is good.The neighborhood is quiet and safe.There are many engaging activities for kids to join in on.The pools are clean, shaded and have a special ladies day

I loved every moment of living herei only wish my mom was here so that we could re live all of those memories and be happythis was the best place i have ever known and i will never forget it

Beautiful community to stay - build by legendary emmar development

Access to and from the city is OK. Cabbies are OK but dont really know exact address. We got one rude cabbie who swore all the way. Never expected that! Cant wait to go home. Did not even get a glimpse of the Sheik. Thought he was more outgoing than this!
