They made me wait 45 mins for my scheduled appointment. When I asked when my turn is, I was told to wait additional 10 minutes. The reason why I wasn’t accepted during my scheduled time was “a problem in a system”. Well, that’s not my problem. I’m never going to this clinic ever again, it was a total waste of my time. I definitely don’t recommend this one, please avoid it.

First impressions of Novomed were amazing. The clinic is extremely clean and comforting. My first point of contact was with Noor rashid who took my details and signed me in for my appointment. She was very friendly and informative! Noor was kind and helped me with all my needs. I then was introduced to Shroud who is the assistant of Dr Melki. She talked me though everything and was super approachable and thorough. Shroud was fantastic! This made me feel at ease and comforted right away. I then proceeded to meet with Dr Melki who went through the full consultation and answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him as a surgeon. He has a wealth of experience and knows exactly what needs to be done to meet a patients needs.I would like to thank Novomed for their kindness and help :) Chloe.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Samir Rahmani in the bariatric department. It was a horrendous experience. He’s rude and unkind with zero compassion. He looked at me with disgust and spoke to me with contempt. It was almost like he was angry that I’m overweight. YOU’RE A BARIATRIC DOCTOR!! How can you hate fat people? I left feeling defeated and hopeless. He is the worst doctor - and human being - I’ve ever met.I really don’t write reviews often but I feel so strongly about the mistreatment I experienced with Dr. Samir Rahmani that I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanan for just over a year and a half now. I was in a pretty bad way in terms of my mental health and really felt there was no way out. I highly recommend not to visit this clinic. I had an appointment and i showed up before 10 minutes and made me wait 55 minutes not to mention the doctor the price was insane it was $485 to give the prescription for one pack pills and he sent me to pharmacy they deal with it and they sold it to me 85 AED . and i found it in other pharmacy 35AED. SO its up to you guys if you wanna spend that amount of money .

Megi is amazing, i visited 2 times for EEG and she has been nothing but brilliant. Explaining every step along the process with clear guidance as well as her friendly attitude and incredible personality, which made me very comfortable throughout the process, both times.

I’m from Switzerland and needed a fast appointment as i got sick during my holidays.I got an appointment with Doctor Jomana Karim. Fast, clean, very professional and good medical center. I can recommend it and would come again.

Today was my first visit with novomed.My lower back was extremely rigid and it was severely affecting my day to day functioning. Until I met my therapist Imran ahmed. One session and I felt a significant amount of relief. Its going to take some time but baby steps with the help of Imran, Im sure Ill be back to full strength in no time.

I was very ill with severe allergy symptoms and although I went to see other doctors before, Dr Ahmed is the only one who helped me by giving me the right medication and support and that was life changing. He continues helping me on ongoing basis and I feel supported. Besides Dr Ahmed is a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients and does his very best to help which is not always the case with other doctors. Much gratitude and I highly recommend his services.

A clinic for show off only - Doctor did not examine my concern and was only listening to what I was telling him mostly.. yet he gave me wrong diagnosis and wrote a large number of medication to buy from their pharmacy. Not recommended at all.

I must admit Mawya is brilliant and so helpful even on her days off she assists through whatsapp. Nurses Karen and Charity are very helpful. Dr Bashar is so thorough and experienced and he takes his time to understand symptoms and give a dyagnosis . Also Dr Jomana is very professional

Dr Kris was excellent and highly professional and competent. I’d have given a five star rating just based on him and his ability to efficiently diagnose a back problem that I’ve suffered with for far too long.My only concern was the lack of social distancing in the escalators and big queues to get into them on the way up to Novomed’s 30th floor office.

Dr Amer Mansour is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and professional doctors I have ever met. He is so good at explaining the issues to the patient in a way that is easy to understand. His attitude is always positive, and he believes in what he does which gives confidence to the patient. He operated my left shoulder and I went into the surgery room knowing that I will be 100% in good hands, and I was right. My shoulder now feels great and I had no complications during or after the surgery. It’s been one month since my surgery and I’m already back into my normal active life. Dr. Ela was great, one of the best cleaning treatments I’ve done globally. The teeth whitening was very successful and Dr. Ela was extremely informative and helpful about various other questions I had about other potential treatments. I had a pleasant experience.

Excellent doctors but very bad booking system and un trained stuff. They cancelled my appointment which I took a month ago because I didn’t reply to their call yesterday however they send me the reminder after the call that my appointment is valid, Today morning they called me when I was in a meeting 3-4 hours before the appointment and because I didn’t answer they cancelled my appointment ( btw I already paid in advance for the appointment) when I called back and they gave the appointment to another patient. This is not the first mistake they did, You don’t deserve even a star.

I had a consultation today with the plastic surgeon Allan for a very simple procedure!!!! And he showed me pictures of before and after surgery and I have seen a bump in one of the pictures of his previous clients and I pointed it out and I said I Dont want this to happen to me, Allan started to be so offensive and told me that I Dont need a plastic surgeon if I am going to FOCUS ON DETAILS “ keeping in mind that I am going through a plastic surgery procedure to look better and not distorted “he said I need a psychologist instead and adding on that he said I am welcome to leave the room, woo own what an attitude!!!!!!What kind of behavior is that!!! I am a patient after all and I need some respect!!!!Keep in mind that I was very respectful with him.Think twice before visiting!!!!!! I visited Novemed centers between April-June 2021 and I received TMS treatment by the specialist Megi under the supervision of Dr Aram. I must say that I was very impressed with this advanced technology to treat my condition without medication and Megi was obviously very well trained and knowledgeable about the technology. Ive been grinding on my teeth for more than a year, ever since Covid started, and had been getting the worst headaches and jaw pain. After getting vaccinated and feeling comfortable enough to visit the dentist again, i visited Dr. Elahe Goudarzi for the first time. She was so bubbly and kind from the moment i stepped into her office. She asked me about what was bothering me and listened intently. ( which is very rare, based on my experience with other dentists and doctors in general). She suggested we do an X-ray and after thoroughly looking at the scans she advised me on removing my top 2 wisdom teeth. I was initially worried, Ive been having so many meeting online nowadays with clients and a very busy schedule i was super worried about the aftermath of removing my wisdom teeth. The swelling, pain, bleeding, that might disrupt my daily routine not allowing me to work properly, go to the gym, etc. She clearly explained that NOTHING will be disrupted and that it wouldnt even require surgery! I was shocked as i have seem my husband and other friends go through a rough time and took them a week or two to go back to their routine. She reconfirmed that it will be a breeze. On the day of the procedure. Dr. Elahe put some relaxing music (she always has awesome playlists), and went on to do local anesthesia around the area, made sure i felt no pain, and after a few min i realised a tooth had been pulled out haha. It was honestly pain free and the nurse was so very sweet she kept making sure my face and clothes were clean. And the aftermath was shockingly simple. Although i had some pain the first and second night, but it was nothing that Ibuprofen 400 couldnt handle. I just avoided hard and very hot food for a few days and the rest was history. I went to my workout the next day, and was able to attend all my work meetings like nothing happened. Also, I have to say that my grinding is already soooo much better, and hopefully with the new custom night guard Dr. Elahe is ordering for me, i am sure it will keep improving. If you are having a similar experience dont hesitate honestly and just get it done. It is simpler than you think...I am so thankful for Dr. Elahe for making this a breezy ride, I found a new dentist and i am not letting her go, we know how hard it is to find a good one in Dubai. Thanks Dr. Elahe again!

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff especially Ms Mawya and nurses were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and billing was also very quick so I highly recommend this clinic.

I did a executive check-up at Novomed centers in Marine Dubai and it was a nice experience for a first time, it took me almost all day between exams and consultations, everything very detailed. The clinic is very well structured, the professionals are amazing, from the recepcionist, nurses and the doctors all of them are very kind and helpful... Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend the odontology services, the whole staff was quite rude and unprofessional, which was a huge surprise for me comparing to the others, the consultation took me about 10min and I had to ask for the recommendation according to what the doctor saw and although I did that (ask them to send me an email full detailed of the recommendation treatment and quotation), they didn’t send me until today, was the worst dentist I’ve ever gone, so I don’t recommend at all and hope they improve in this area.

Its been almost 4 months of me visiting Novomed Marina Plaza branch for 3 times a week for my allergy immunotherapy shots and I believe I can now write an honest review after consistently dealing with them on a regular basis for many many months.One of my friends who used to suffer from severe allergies recommended this clinic and Dr ahmed alrifai to treat my allergies which I have been suffering from for the past 15 years. He’s a good doctor that was able to diagnose what I’m allergic to precisely and recommend the right course of treatment. However, what makes the journey of getting injected many times a week bearable are his nurses and admin staff (Nurses:Hazel, ugeine/ Admin: Ayat and Noni), in particular Ayat and Hazel who demonstrate the best customer service I have seen in a medical clinic so far. Hazel is one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with! I hope they retain her as much as possible.I dont suffer from allergies like before, and I hardly sneeze, however while taking injections you’re on constant medication so I dont really know if its the meds or the injections that is actually working. Once I get off my meds, I will update my review but the doctor did tell me there is only 75% chance this will work. so I might end up not getting cured afterall but its a risk I’m happy to make if there is a good chance I get cured.Bottom line is service is important no matter how good your doctors are! So I hope they continue to focus on the service as much as their medical care.

I had an amazing experience with the friendly and professional Dr. Elahe Goudarzi. I went in for a cleaning (one of the best Ive experience globally) and zoom teeth whitening which I had amazing results with. Dr Mazen Hamoudi, is a kind, supportive and professional PSYCHIATRIST, He advise me to do TMS therapy with Megi. Went a few years ago and I loved Dr Heather Eade! Found her after visiting a clinic that misdiagnosed me. It was amazing finding someone compassionate about her patients journey. She helped me piece together the big picture of my health from all the lab work I had gone through at the previous clinics. It was great figuring creating a long-term health plan with her. Ive never had such a positive healthy experience like that with Dr Heather.

If a hospital can be said it was nice to visit this hospital was a joy as never been treated so well, very nice and clean, well run and the cafe serves a great beefburger.

I’m getting great help and therapy here, so great that it doesn’t bother me to make a slightly long commute from my house to there. There’s free valet service so you needn’t worry about where to park your car. It’s easy to make and change appointments because they can always be reached by whatsapp or a phone call (unlike many clinics where it’s so difficult to make an appointment or have your call answered) .They do take insurance, but aside from all that, my experience with everyone in the staff has been great. Everyone is professional and friendly.I feel like my sessions with Dr Gopika specifically have been extremely helpful for my mental health and have improved my communication skills, among other issues I am having difficulty with.

He was able to pin point the problem if the quick mobility test he did. He’s informative and explained my issue in very simple ways, demonstrating on models and diagrams. Dr Samar is a star! So is her team and the clinic. I went to see her in June post covid and she gave me the necessary treatment which helped me feel much better. Her follow ups were excellent. In January i went to see her as i had chest discomfort again. With her clinical diagnosis, she treated me very seriously from the start and despite 2 negative tests, Dr Samar asked for the right examinations and found out i had Covid a second time with false PCR results. Visited Dr.Amin Kilani . He is a very good doctor who listen well to the patient and diagnose very carefully . I have been suffering for the last 6 months with different doctors till I visited Dr.Amin .

I visited to see Dr. Louise Montels who is foot specialist to treat my toenail issue and she completely removed my concern with clear explanation within an hour.My toenail became normal immediately after her treatment.You should go to see her if you have any issue on your foot.

A friend who has oily skin and some cholesterol deposits on his face went to Novomed to get some treatment for this issue. My friend was given pills to take that required his national ID to collect. I told my friend to google the meds before taking it as usually anything that requires national ID is considered a controlled substance. Once googled, it was revealed that the pills were to be prescribed for people with SEVERE nodular or cystic acne. The sides effects of the said pills were very bad and not at all suitable for my friend who only has some very mild issues with his skin. I am not sure if the doctor gets kickbacks or just doesnt know, but she said she gives this medicine to all her patients. When my friend asked TWICE if the meds had any side effects, she said no, twice!I think this is a very dangerous as not all meds are for everyone and a doctor should know better. The doctor should inform the patient of all side effect of the meds they prescribe specially when the patient specifically asks about them. Needless to say, he is not taking the meds and he will make sure not to ever go to Novomed.

Worst experience in my life.Dr came late for my appointment.I had to wait more 40mn to a driver to collect my semen sample.I had to call them several times to get laboratory analyses , teling me that the medical report will follow.It has been almost 2 weeks and still waiting the medical report. In between, i called several times and receiving the same answer we will check with the nurse and come back to you..

Dr Amelie Hofmann-Werther is an amazing doctor for female medicine. She listens, explains, takes her time and offers options. The way I was treated is beyond any other doctor Ive seen before. Highly recommend her. Wont see another doctor anymore. We shouldnt go for less. Thank you novomed for providing these amazing doctors!

Fantastic facilities, superior support staff and world class doctors. Pricing is very reasonable given the level of care - and I did not use insurance. The rest of the world should take a lesson from Novomed on how to provide excellent health care!

Doctors Alexandra Andras and Nicole Perez are amongst the best I have ever been to. Both are highly recommended. Unfortunately, theres other some other doctors around there who seem more interested in simply prescribing loads of medicines instead of finding the cause of the symptoms.

I visited Novomed on Oct 2020 when I had herniated disc and my condition was so bad! I got a recommendation to see Dr. kris Lewonowski, who treated me and got me back on track in two months. Dr. Kris is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my disc by doing a Laminectomy, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend Him.Also would like to recommend Dr. Jacek Wozniakowski who took care of my physiotherapy. Excellent experience! Very knowledgeable and professional while still keeping a friendly and comfortable environment.
