After taking my car to Primer Car Wash for an interor and exterior clean, the inside of my new Volkswagen is RUINED thanks to the HARSH chemicals this place is using. The leather on the seat is ruined, the plastic on the dash board is peeling off due to the acid in the cheap products the worker said they used. The managers response to “fix” this was to peel off small pieces of the plastic. What kind of customer service is that? Are these kind of harsh chemicals even legal in the UAE? Chemicals so harsh they have PERMANENTLY damaged the leather and dashboard? I will certainly be taking this further with the UAE Consumer Affairs to confirm. After I picked my car i now have an Airbag Error with my car. I cannot comprehend how getting my car cleaned resulted in an airbag error however It is extremely disturbing that now my airbag is not working and my safety is comprised! This place is NOT trustworthy or reliable as they claim, and the workmanship provided is disgusting. After visiting Primer Car Wash I now have to fork out money to buy new leather seats, fix the plastic on the interior and REPLACE THE AIRBAG. to anyone considering going to Primer Car Wash I suggest you take your dirhams and go to another car wash that won’t RUIN your car! If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the customer service provided and the quality of the job is very very concerning.
