Unorganized and unprofessional, quite a bad experience. Rented a car from Diamondlease through Invygo - the Diamondlease dispatcher is rude and is difficult to understand. Their drivers never arrive in the agreed time and make a big problem about it. (happened 3 times out of 3 so far) They expect the customer to drop everything and meet their car delivery guy.update after the response: you should begin being better by not calling your customer 10 times in the middle of the night then. I received many calls around 22:30.update 2: checking about the car the next day - they have no idea even that my order (already paid) exist. I dont think a we will be better is helpful in this case.

I am very pleased with their service. Whenever I called for maintenance or just to ask some questions or queries about the car, they reply immediately. Special mention to my agent Ms. Eden (Ignacia). Thank you for the great service. Keep it up. 😊

Here is my honest experience with this company. I had a Lancer on lease for 1 year with them. When I handed back the car in May 2019, I was advised there was some damage and they had agreed (based on our good business relationship) that this would cost 262.50 AED. They sent me a quote to confirm this.They said this amount would be deducted from the deposit (1000 AED) and the remainder would be returned within 45 days. 5 months on and I have not been reimbursed any of the deposit despite chasing multiple times.In October I finally managed to speak to Rajish on the phone who told me my deposit must have been returned already, so I asked him to send me some kind of proof of transaction or date so I could check (knowing this was not the case). Minutes later he called back to say Actually the damage was 850 AED, and there was an excess mileage charge too so you are actually owe us 50 AED. There is so much wrong with this statement - firstly, there was a 750 AED maximum excess on the car, so its impossible to be charged 850 AED for damage. Secondly, the limit agreed was 5000kms per month which there is absolutely no way I could possibly have exceeded at any time. Thirdly, above all else, even in their wildest dreams, if this was the case then the lack of communication, honesty and transparency from the company is absolutely appalling. Needless to say, since this happened they do not answer any emails, they try to talk their way off calls (you need to call this number etc), and when I approached them in person twice they told me to come back another time as the person who deals with complaints was not on site.If you want to retain your sanity and have a good service, do yourself a favour and pay a bit extra to use a reputable company or buy your own car.

BOOKING REFERENCE : 80164052WORST CAR RENTAL IN DUBAI. I booked for a Mitsubishi lancer for 4 days though Atlas Car rentals, and their client happened to be this company. As per their website they had 2 counters in terminal 1 and terminal 3. I went to terminal 3 and checked, they do not have any counter or office there and i had to walk to terminal 1. Once the payment was done, they informed me they do not have mitsubishi lancer, they have only a Attrage which is smaller car compared to Lancer. I did not have an option, After i returned the car, may b after 2 weeks, the guarantee amount of AED 1000 which they blocked was released. But a week after that they took AED 752 using my credit card details. I called them and checked, and they said its toll charges and fine for over speed. I asked for proof for this from the traffic department, they took my email id, said they will send it in 48 hrs which went on for week,. I made 2-3 calls to dubai to their office but i did not get proper responds. I filed for a dispute through my bank and its under process. I hope il get back my money.

The worst hire company. They will scam you and have scammed countless others.Stay away!

Listing says they are open until 7 PM, called another branch to confirm but when I arrived at 6:30 PM they were locked tight with the lights off.
