BEST AND RELIABLE service by dubai GOVT for vehcile passing .. its not very crowded during day time . best time to visit is before 12 am .

Been visiting here for more than 7 years now. Never had a bad experience.All the staff know their job well.Services are quick.Your questions are answered well.And its huge so you wont spend long hours to get your car tested or renewed or registered or transfered. This is my favorite branch.

One of the worst car registration centres in Dubai. Anytime I go there, either someone is not helpful, rude or have a dont care attitude. Last time I went, there was this rude Egyptian customer agent who was giving attitude and talking back to me. Hes lucky I kept my cool with him and didnt complain about him. Also, the manager of the center didnt solve my issue, he gave me a dead answer and told me to go Fujairah. The Shamel Centre in Al Qusais was so much better, they offered a good solution for my car registration without needing to go Fujairah. I advise to do intensive training for all customer service agents there to respect people, have good attitude and also offer smart solutions not dead answers. Never fail to disappoint, last year also had an issue with the manager telling me to its my problem for a very simple question. Never fail to disappoint.

Most of the counters are not working, but its not that much crowded.Its fast & clear.

The vehicle testing area was crowded at night but was moving at a tolerable rate. The testing was done in 10-15 minutes, and the payment was also done in an orderly manner. Will recommend.

Quick and efficient testing service...For registration, one has to use the machine and there is only one machine available there. Since the process is little lengthy, you have to wait for quite some time to complete the registration.

I had a smooth experience at this testing centre. The queue for the tests where moving at an acceptable pace. You might get confused once you enter the licensing offices, but having done this before i could traverse through with little help. They have a smart trekker machine as well to process renewals

It was good place to take the printout of ur vehicle mulkaya, driving license etc. with the smart machine available there. We can also do the passing of the vehicle here although I have done it from another place. So do try it out here friends😊

Just to inform you guys Tasjeel in Qusais is closed on Fridays. Because there rumours thats its opened on Fridays.Saturday is open. Service is good. RTA, insurance everything you can get under one roof.

There is too much delay here, there is only one smart machine. It takes too much time for one customer. RTA should install more smart machines.

Date & Time: 09th September 2020 arrived here at 1:15 PM.Service levels have reduced drastically. Waited almost 3 hours to collect a simple vehicle test certificate. Numbering system out of order. Some staff are overworked while some staff are just relaxing.

Tasjeel dubai is always a delight to go to...fast and efficient as always...have been going here every year for renewal....

Hi sirI am approach tasjeel office total 5 time modified the form but it did not get submitted rejected my daughter form Because of your staff carelessness it was rejected.Inexperience staff .Have to improve the serviceWasting customer time and I am loss money 500 aed.We tried through other typing centerWith in 5 minutes I got approval from abu dhabi immigration office for my daughter form .she got the visa stamping small kid 6year old.Please take this seriously otherwise you will lose the customer satisfaction.Best regards.Prabakaran.

Very fast and professional Testing services in Dubai Al Quasis. Easy access and ample parking spaces. Within minutes testing would be done. Teller machines are available for self registration payment. No need to wait. Easy registration after vehicle test.

Very quick service. Test done in 6 minutes, though I just had to wait for my number to be called. Best to come at around 9pm, as there are not much people that are going for testing

A most convient and excellent place . And oldest facillty.

Passing took hours as there was long queue which is normal for any Saturday.But vehicle registration took 3 hours as the service executive had no idea on her job and she kept me waiting for 3 hours telling that i will get 2 approval messages from RTA which never happened. Later i approached another guy who did everything in 15 mins, which means either the other lady didnt know the job or she was rude and unprofessional.Not recommended as they will waste your entire day.

It will take 20 min for testing, but believe me they are trustworthy. Their reports are right and helpful just to drive safely.You can get e card if you have RTA application then you can renew online.And you can get physical card easily at the counter.Service has improved a lot.

Everything difficult, to reach there is difficult, to take token is difficult, when you deal with Tasjeel employees you feel you are at police station, they try to find the way to make life more difficult, the employee there can put their own rules just to send us out early at closing time, like we came two days ago and did all process, then the counter staff pushed us away saying there is missing documents!!!!! Just because he wants to finish all pending tokens and close early!!! Im dealer and I knew all documents was with me, I made the transaction next day in another center and all good!! So why Tasjeel staff is under estimating us as clients?i even approach the supervisor to take help but he also put of any help mindset, his mindset is to close even the time was 1 hour before closing....I want to take this opportunity to say please be welcoming and try to understand that we come long way to reach you to make the transaction, please stop making our life difficultFrom my side I will never come to Tasjeel Qusais anymore!! I know Tasjeel has thousands of customers and they will not care of my appearance at there center but I had my say anyway

I went for a comprehensive test of a vehicle I wanted to purchase and I recommend it to everyone who plan to buy used vehicle as u get a clear picture of if engine, brakes etc are ok and what needs to be done. Comprehensive Test takes 45 minutes or little more and later the registration takes just 10 mins. Its super smooth.

The experience was fair..the inspection officers were doing a great job..It normally took 10-12 minutes for a car or sometimes little longer..Once everything was done, there is only 1 self kiosk machine to print the registration card..Especially to mention about the guard who was segregating the queue at the inspection area, was very disrespectful and had no fear of the management..That was a very bad experience.. but overall it was ok..

This Tasjeel is the best amongst the others. The service is fast, the staff is super supportive.

Do you know why do I love dubai ?Because a service like tasjeel, ALL services in one place , checking the car get the certificate and pay for checking, get an insurance and then register your car get the registration card and the plates and fix them and you are done , it took me less then 2 hours to finish all these even while the place is crowded with customers .Well done.

Absolutely disappointed with such a poor display of service.-Was informed on the phone the charges of a comprehensive test as 350AED-Got to the place and suddenly the price is 420 apparently including computer test report.- sat for 35 mins waiting for the report and then the mechanic tells me the cover needs to opened for chasis check soo take it auto pro which is right opposite..- I go to auto pro and they tell me its 300 aed to open the cover and fix it back after the test.- I go back and tell the mechanic its charged over and above the comprehensive test fees then what exactly are you checking for me in the comprehensive test for 420.His response was road test/ paint :) ..LIKELY REALLY NOW :)So Im basically paying 720 for a comprehensive test at Tasjeel!! That is not fair when you are publishing everywhere the price as 350Aed.Whatt major checks are you doing then besides the normal passing test checks.Fair to say : pay the charges to an outside garage and get thecomprehensive test then come here and be running around

I went to change car ownership (hayaza ) and car was under auction name they told me to go vip and transfer they Dnt transfer in normal rate asking extra vip service !!, i went another car registration company they transfer in normal rate without vip !!

Easy after understand about the process.a short video helps. We do this once a year.

Crowded, however the service speed quite acceptable, theres washrooms, praying area, enough seats to the visitors.

They dont have a single ATM Machine which is unbelievable being Dubai? No banks have ever thought of this need?

Lota of cars. But guys pls inspect with comprehensive test before u buy.

So organized and friendly staff. Two suggestions to make it a better experience:1) There is no shaded waiting area next to the car inspection lanes, where customers wait to get their cars after inspection. In 47 degrees temprature summer time, waiting in that area without shade is really tough.2) Since most processes are now automated and no more counter services which is really good, 1 kiosk only currently installed is not enough. There is a long customers que at that kiosk, I suggest adding more kiosks to that RTA very busy center.Other than the above, it was a very good experience.

The security are very actively approching customers to remind then to wear mask ams follow socia sistamxing protocols. The centre is well controlled in terms.of people coming in and coming out.We spent no more than 30 mins on both testing and payment interaction in a limited timefram. The kiosk/self services really helps, as well as the staff assisting the customers filling-up the information on the system The que are organized and well mannered.The paymemt option is now easy as well as printing the new registration card. The receipt will be digital and upront.Kudus with all the people behind this creativity and initiative. This automation eases the long processing. I went to renew my car license registration and it was my first time there I was confused which counter to go, I was assisted by Mr. Jasim, he was very knowledgeable about the process and gave a tremendous help, he later assured if I was done with the whole process and everything is perfect, without him I would just waste my time there cuz each staff was redirecting me to a different counter, Thanks Mr. Jasim you deserve promotion. an excellent example of customer service you showed.

Cursing myself for coming to this branch. Very very busy for being close to Sharjah and a lot of commercial vehicles for some reasons so the staff is overload so you may get a bit blue collar experience. Try to avoid and go to other branches, better Quick Registration branches unless you have time and stamina and looking for adventure.
