Came just for stripe redo and ceramic coating. Received so much more than I came in for. Beautiful detailing inside and out, the attention to detail is great, and the staff care a lot about you and your car. Got the stripes redone, but they got damaged due to poor license plate removal from the RTA when getting new plates. They redid the damaged stripes for free. Theres a clear mission to deliver quality to the customer as an overall package, in both services and products. From the second you meet the guys its clear, they genuinely want your car to come out perfect. Thats a quality very few workshops in Dubai have. Would definitely recommend.

REX Autocare deserves my 5 star rating simply because I got exactly what I asked for. Great communication throughout the process, quick and reliable service. I asked for a clear matte self healing PPF without altering my cars original color and the result is just awesome! Thank you guys!

Car detailing was not complete. Descriptions in the product that was purchased were not met. Essential Items like vacuuming the carpet under the seats, cleaning the seat belts and cleaning cup holders were not done. After I was told by the gentlemen doing the work that they were done, I found numerous visible incomplete items that were not done. I explained very clearly what the website described was to be done and that I would not accept anything less.

Been misled by its website, after looking into the website I thought a professional service will be conducted but after taking my car for a full car wrap problem after another. lack of communication with the customer service, gave me no time frame when the vehicle is ready and to top it up the wrap material quality was absolutely shocking. I will NOT RECOMMEND as its a total RIP OFF

Dramatic color change after couple months on the vinyl, from flame red to diluted red. The color has managed to seep, not trade quality *WARNING*, might as well personally wrap it yourself.

Definitely the best place to get your car PPFd. Just had my car cleaned and protected and it looks better than it did coming out of the showroom. Cant recommend these guys enough for their workmanship, service and hospitality. Thanks REX.

Situated in Lamborghini complex, expecting good quality product specially where the workshop is located. Cheap car vinyl used to wrap my car, been mis-sold with the protection technology, it has absolutely ruined my car as it started cracking up. very disappointed in the product and the business shouldnt be located at the Lamborghini complex, ruining their reputation as I have been ripped off.

Bad quality wrap used, had my car fully wrapped. After a couple of months bubbles have formed on my bonnet, making my car look tacky close up. I dont know if the wrap is bad quality or it happens to everyone else.

I have been mistreated by this rex auto care.After doing some of my own research i found out the owner is a criminal from a town called huddersfield.Google Rizwan hussain huddersfield and find out for yourself. Do not go to rex for anything, you will severely disappointed

Had a dreadful experience, the team was rude as they not listen to my customization requirements. All they want me to do is to stick with what they recommended which was very frustrating specially when Im the customer.

Cheap wrap used, its a absolute disgrace. Got my bonnet and boot lid wrapped, after a few weeks it started breaking apart and bubbles have formed. Gone to complain, they said I left it in direct sunlight for too long but Im in Dubai WTF, absolute joke

I find the customer service really uncomfortable by the sales guy, wanted my car wrapped in baby pink but the gentlemen was reluctant that I choose another color which I found really rude. thankfully I had the courage to walk away as I found the sales guy was really persuasive, glad I found somewhere else.

Gave my Lexus LX570 in for a ceramic, it was just as I wanted it to be, not a single scratch on the paint and also the interior has been protected. I would love to take my other cars to them

Worst customer service ever, they wrapped my car in a different camouflage from the one I picked out from the showroom. complained to them, wanted the original one that I picked out, but they had the cheek to say it will cost more even though they made a mistake.

Gave my car in for my car to be wrapped by Rex, found out that my car had been given to another garage to be wrapped where they given me a cheaper quote from. total rip off, rex outsources their work to a third party, they dont have their own workshop.

Total rip off, paid premium price for a cheap quality wrap. Come back from holiday to see my car vinyl wrap discolored and cracking up under the sun. complained the customer service guy told me I shouldnt leave in direct sunlight, Im like I live in Dubai where the hell can I avoid the sun.

Dropped off my porsche cayman to get it wrapped, got my vehicle back with the window rubbers were bent, the wrap looks like its been cut by a 5 year old in places, the steering wheel is scratched, the inside trim is scratched, they even managed to wrap the rear parking sensors (amazingly they still work!).The LEDs dont work anymore when I lock/unlock the car even though it shows in the cars menu that they should. The car was filthy inside and out when handed back by the driver.Im frustrated but what realistically can be done now- the damage is done and theyd be incapable of rectifying the issues.

My car never been the same since after car wrapping my automobile. my interior doors not been put in properly and after more inspection the car wrap is badly wrapped.

People: Their staffs are extremely friendly. You will get a fast response when you message them on whatsapp. They are very accommodating and helpful. Cant complain about this part.Price: I have compared prices before i decided to go here. Their price is in the middle range from 6,000 to 8,000aed for a full car wrap depending on the size of your vehicle and the material that you want. Overall, its a good deal.Product: im not satisfied at all. First, the material that they use is not top quality. Well i guess, you get what you paid for right? Second, they have a separate venue where the wrapping takes place and no customer is allowed to go in there while they do the job. Unfortunately, its company policy. So in short, you dont know whats happening to your car and this is where the nightmare begins. My car has a sharks fin antenae and for them to be able to wrap it, they need to remove the interior ceiling to unscrew it from the inside. Ideally, you have to undo all the locks so the ceiling will fall off by itself then you can detach the antenae. What they did was, undo half of the ceiling and folded it. It was a lazy job! Not acceptable at all! Now my ceiling has a lot of wrinkles that can never be removed! My car was brand new and it killed me seeing what happened! Also, my car interior is ivory and its now all messed up as the guy who did my car didnt even have the decency to wash his hands before touching anything! This is totally unprofessional! Not coming back to this shop again. No hard feelings. I liked the people but the quality of the job is below average.

One of the best ever auto car care in dubai!!At first I thought this shop was expensive coz when you enter you will see a different super cars! I just brought the hyundai for detailing and i was suprised for the price they offered!!! Wow!! Its affodable and they do a very nice service whether you have luxury or ordinary car! The good thing about this is the owner himself who approached, entertained And guided me for some information which is really nice.. this man is really cool and he never look where you came from or what kind of car do you have, he just give whats best for your car (usually not happening in dubai) For me this Rex auto care is a perfect place to revamp your car!! Highly recommended!!! Thumbs up to all the staffs!!

Dont know if it was bad labor job or cheap quality film or wrap they have used on my vehicle, got my car done not long ago but the gloss carbon film is starting to open up. wouldnt recommend.

Bad customer service, rang to see if my car is ready but they were rude and had no answers. When I received my car, quality of the vinyl was awful it was badly wrapped. Edges were not wrapped properly

I took my car to Rex autocare. I got an estimate to wrap the front, hood and fenders. When I got a call that the car was ready I went to the location to get my car. After arriving I inspected the car and was shocked to find that only a third of the hood and a third of the fenders were wrapped. When getting ready to pay the owner and branch representative increased the cost of the job.

Cheap wrap used on my car, wouldnt recommend. So disappointed in the outcome, asked for my car to be re-wrapped but the customer guys havent got back to me after 2 weeks. been chasing it up but they trying to avoid me and say they the manager is not his desk.

Had put my car through ceramic paint protection, what a waste of money. over priced, might as well asked for a valet instead as its just wax.

Poor quality protection films, I might as well use cling film to give my car protection. bubbles forming after a couple of weeks of treatment.

Matte black wrapped my vehicle but they de-badged my car without my permission, wanted my badges to put back on but they disposed the items which really annoyed me.

Overall good service but after a few weeks the car wrap have started to peel off, still to waiting feedback from to when to take my car back. fingers crossed everything will will rectified asap
