Gave my vehicle for brake caliper painting and full detailing. Came back as a brand-new looking car! They have done a great job, and price was inexpensive. Highly recommend if you are looking to get your car back in brand-new condition.

Worst garage ever. Paid more than 16000 for services. They wrapped my car very badly and then to fix it they used peelable paint on almost half the car and without my consent. I brought them my car more than 5 times they were not able to fix it

I have got a voucher for 299 for detailing and 6 stage polishing, booked an appointment (waited for a week) my car was received well. But whatever they call a 6 stage polish is nonsense, the car has swirls on side panel, some areas are untouched, car model is 2019 so it’s not old or damaged. Maybe because it’s a voucher they didn’t care or maybe because it’s not a Ferrari 🤷🏻‍♂️

Average quality ceramic window tintThere were noticable air packets randomly on all sides when they handed over the car, like the guys didnt gave much attention while doing it. I asked the labour about it and he said casually it is normal🤷 I paid you guys a hefty amount brotherRaised the issue to the supervisor there, he did some touch up again and said the rest will evaporate in some days. The marks are still there and some friends do notice the spots and mention that

Overall good to average service. Good price so you get what you pay for but dont get your hopes high for their ceramic treatment. If you pay a couple hundreds more you can get a much better one. After 3 months I had scratches all over the car and the ceramic layer makes no difference although I followed their instructions to maintain it. Also made them paint part of the car before the treatment (my car is black) but the paint finish was not clean and had some dots.

A great place to get your car detailed and ceramic coated. The Eagle eyes of Bency Varghese doesnt escape the minutest of imperfections. Great place to go to for all your paint shop work. They really put tue shine back into my car.. Making it factory fresh yet again! Aak for Mr. Bency and u cant go wrong!

Door Edge ppf is weak. On the same day i got home from their garage , the ppf on door edges opened and came to the outside. They replaced it and now again its the same problem after 2 days from replacing it.

Took cobon package for 400 AED - Ceremic coating with interior and exterior detailing. Work was good and overall I am very happy with their service.

AED 299 for 6 layer polishing and detailing is good, but they damaged 2 things in my car. (Hand rest and trunk opener button)Not expected these damages from them. Be careful when you collect your car in the evening. You will not be able to realise those minor damages immediately.

I bought the Voucher 299 for car detailing fr. cobone. I added 50dhs additional because its SUV and additional 50dhs for the service pickup and drop off. 1st they returned the car with missing parts, then they asked me to pick it up from their shop. Same day I noticed the engine car vibrating so I brought to the nearest car service to have it checked, they said the engine is wet and I have to give sometime to dry and check. 2 days still the same I had to bring the car again to the car service. All in all, I had to spend more for the engine repair for the damaged done. NOT WORTHY. I REALLY REGRET GETTING THE SERVICE. IM SO DISAPPOINTED.

I went to Elite Shine for deep interior cleaning and polishing of my car. Was amazed with their service and professionalism. The car was ready the next day, even earlier than expected. I took my car for its regular 6 month detailing to Elite shine. Due to having young kids it gets really dirty because of food stains. Elite shine has impressed me once again. Did Ceramic coating for my new car and the guys did an amazing job, I didnt know that my package includes the interior as well.they listened to me carefully and changed the location of my plate number too, even fixed some paint issues related to the wrong plate position. The prices are really competitive and the quality is great. I am not sure why some people are complaining but everyone was so polite as well. Thanks everyone for the good work.

Edit: Swirl marks appeared soon after the first wash. The wash was done professionally at a car wash station as per the instructions given. No response what so ever apart from an explanation to what swirl marks are (which i think anyone who has opted for a detailing package knows already).NOT Happy with the detailing package,Some stubborn carpet stains didnt come out but i believe they had tried their best(which wasnt enough, after seeing a friends 10 year old car done from a different detailing workshop)Car was received on promised time but punctuality was completely pointless as the carpets werent completely dry so the car was stinking FOR the next 3 DAYS however i spoke with them and they said itll go away in a day or two if i leave the car in the sun with windows slightly open or I can bring it back to them and theyll do something about it.(SOMETHING THAT CUSTOMER SHOULDNT BE THE ONE TAKING CARE OF IF HE/SHE HAS PAID FOR A JOB)Over all, for the price they offer this is the best deal you can get out there but not so best when it comes to quality. I previously wrote they talk with you with complete respect at all times and answer calls even if there are any complaints they try to solve it asap all of which is true except for solving the complaint part.The package comes with a 1 year warranty which I dont think can be claimed and with swirl marks on after the very first wash(professional wash) I dont think they are doing any better job than a cheap shady polishing shop (which would cost you pretty much the same and save you a trip all the way to ras al khor).

I use Elite Shine since they were just a small workshop in their old location. I always make a booking using Whatsapp and they are very quick to confirm.One day before the appointment I got a gentle reminder along with all the contact details and a map.I was late due to traffic but they were very understanding and flexible.The car was dropped off for a complete cleaning, detailing and polishing.When I arrived they offered a coffee and they assisted ordering a taxi for me.The car was ready at 6pm as promised and the end result was absolutely perfect, the job was very nicely done.Our car now shines inside out, just like it came right from the showroom.I also used Elite Shine for window tinting and leather repairs, quality job with affordable prices.Thank you Elite Shine - perfect service as always.
