My worst experience with Official Car Dealership in UAE.1) Even though I informed service advisor that have been using fuel Super during last 4-5 years, driver refueled using Special. This purchase was not authorized by me. Be cautious when they charge you.2) Ive mentioned steering wheel vibration to Service Advisor during handover. Instead he used engine vibration in a job card. Thus, it was pure miscommunication which cost me some money. Check what they are writing in a job card BEFORE leaving car for service. This can save you reasonable amount of money.3) Car was driven for 60-70km by them as a part of road test. Returned with puncture in front left tire having bolt inside. Have a look BEFORE accepting car from them.4) Radiator fan failed just one day after collecting the car. Required me to drive back and leave car for another repair.5) Workshop supervisor agreed to meet before 8-8:30 knowing that his working day starts at 9am. I came to meet him as agreed at 8:30am to understand that he is not on duty and will come later.6) Workshop manager promised discount due to aforementioned inconvenience for tires replacement which is AED 700+ of labor for fitting, alignment and balancing. Normally, all this charges provided for FREE by tires shops.7) NEVER PAY FULL AMOUNT BEFORE CHECKING THE CAR. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT FAIR AT ALL.

Well if you have a Jag in warranty period, you would have visited this place. Good service even though its tad expensive. Car comes out very clean. Thorough communication and good customer service focus.Could benefit if they can provide pickup/drop off or courtesy car. Otherwise you end up hiring taxi.
