Fantastic service. Within two hours of confirmation they were at my doorstep and swiftly changed all four tyres.Faisal whom I was in touch with throughout had been really helpful as he was the one who provided the prices which were cheaper than competition, he also took care of dispatching his team and later went on to ask me if everything went fine.Overall, an outstanding experience and will definitely be using their services in the future.

They are detailed in explaining what your car needs, give you options of what you can do to fix your car, they are very reasonably priced, and they care about their work. They do their best in servicing your car. They teach their employees the importance of making sure the work is done right as it affects peoples lives (as I literally heard the manager telling one of the employees, which is great to hear). It very good to know your car is in good hands with people who truly care, and as a girl/woman, its nice to be able to come to a car garage where you dont feel like youre in the wrong place or like you shouldnt be there from the looks the men give, here theyre respectful and comfortable to deal with. They have a comfortable and spacious waiting area with free WiFi (shown in photos). They are also quick and accurate I their response.

Id love to recommend this shop, Tire.ae. Theyve changed my front tyres for faster than I had with other shop. Aside from the great service, Id like to recommend the Salesman, Mr. Ibrahim for assisting me and planning my visit. My best experience doesnt end here. I salute this staff (Mr. Dechacha) for helping me to find out what was the cause of my tyre deflation. He patiently checked the issue of the right rear tyre though it was not in the job card. Working outside at this temperature is not a joke. Im sure Mr. Dechacha will do everything for his companys customer just to make them satisfied.

After changing my tires here the pressure sensor is not working.Probably they broke it. Nobody there is willing to help with changing it for the good one. One of typical customer service in UAE, before you pay you are the king, after you pay you are nothing to them.Highly do not recommend

I went with my car just to check for alignment, and I never faced any issues before in pulling right or left.1 guy said it needs to be aligned, I said okay please fix itThen afterwards the car is only pulling right and sent it to them 2 times and they just destroy the alignment and the car is now always pulling right side and I feel it very strong in the steering wheel !!!!Bad technicians don’t go there, I have been a customer with them for 3 years nowHighly recommend don’t go there!!!

I came there yesterday at 0450PM to exchange two tires, it was clearly busy but all looked good and professional. But it took longer then expected, after 1 hour they had finally fitted two new tires and told me that I had to wait for alignment, there was a queue.One hour later they finally had my car up and all installed to do the alignment, but then it turned out that I had been waiting for one more hour for them to inform me; yes sir, you need alignment but we will charge you for this No one told me this before!They make you believe its part of the deal, but after 2 (!) full hours they then call you to see the car and tell you do you want alignment sir? at this cost?If I knew this, I would not have waited another full hour, they SHOULD inform you BEFORE that costs are involved.Very bad experience, yes it was a Saturday, yes it was busy but this is not the way to treat you customers, I left 2 hours and 15 minutes after I came with 2 new tires......!

Worst tier shop in my 10 years in dubai. Came in once to change brakes and 4 tiers and the finished in 4 hours due to some parts issue and when they did I took the car and found out the following day that they forgot a clip that holds 1 brake pad and had to come back to tell them and they fixed it right away. For the following 3 weeks my car had been signaling me to top up the tyre pressure to my rear left and at some point you conclude that something is wrong so I have it checked and there is a small hole on the rim of the tyre and according to this fine establishment it under the guarantee and he invited me to go to agent and ask as this is not considered manufacturing defect and implied that it was driver error. Arguing in Ramadan is not my strong suit so I end up buying another tyre. Never coming back and will warn people I know.

Very unhappy with this company.Staff drove my car around, changed music settings, seat and steering wheel settings, air condition settings. I had quarter tank left and when I collected car it was literally on 0. I was lucky I found a petrol station nearby. How can someone use my car and do that? Most unprofessional company I’ve experienced. It’s completely unacceptable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN AN EMERGENCY!I have used this company on several occasions with good results. however when I needed to replace a burst tire they gave me 2 year old replacements without any heads up. Will never use this company again and will advise anyone I know not to use them. There are better and more reputable companies around. Disgraceful.

Ive been in this shop a few months back for alignment and balancing which didnt work out very well. I had to go through the same process 4 times in 2 different days and Ive been told that the service is completed and I can leave even though the car was still pulling.Basically, Their technicians only stick to computer for balancing and they never check if they did a proper job. After all, I insisted for a test drive from a supervisor who was not happy at all and didnt even look at my face once the test drive completed.After all the hours I spent there, left with unbalanced vehicle and paid 370dhs on top of that.Why Im just leaving a review now? Because, I figure my front tires worn off unevenly from outsides. Great job guys!

It was a quick search on google and found the best place to buy tires in Dubai, reasonable price and high-quality services and friendly technicians. They arranged a very nice environment in the business lounge area, where I used a massage chair and my kids jumped to play computer a car racing game. Very terrible experience. They painted the rim but broke the sensor and tired to fool me.Then I visited them tens of times last summer (extremely hot) to prove they broke it.They admitted and used glue and napkins to try to fix the broken sensor(ridiculous!!!)Eventually, their manager agreed to compensate a new sensor but they were not able to connect it to the car.And Toyota service center didn’t agree to communicate a 3rd party sensor.So... the sensor is useless and my car has been giving tire pressure warning since then.Be careful with them!

OK first of all, I was cynical about a random place I saw on maps would be any good.Im genuinely surprised with the friendliness and how informative the staff is here. I was served by Abdella Jamal and he helped me pick the right tyre and made sure I was well looked after. Plus the executive launge has games and a massage chair. You get your own relaxation while your car is being serviced. This is definitely a good stop for everything under one roof. Thanks team, job well done.
