As a customer, you are right that we also need to remain patient as custom works can at times become unpredictable. The teams committment to get to the end outcome is commendable. Zero rating needs to be added to google reviews for these kind of companies worst workmanship and fisical product i have seen in years. They fisically damaged the car in the process of fitting. In the time off the discusion to try resolve the matter there were more customers fighting and complaining about the same problem. Product supplied was of horribly bad quality. Fittment was even worse where they have cause more damage, instead of upgrading the car they downgraded it. Customer service to resolve the issue was so bad we ended up removing theire product ourselves and taking the car and left as they are not willing to replace even theire faulty product with proper unit. Will never recommend them to anybody at all and will never go back there

Don’t buy, sells low quality duplicates as original goods.I purchased from this company an original Road Armor bumper. I even requested the written confirmation from M. Ahmad Al Falasi that the bumper was an original before buying it. He confirmed. When I received the goods, I discovered that the quality was really ridiculous. Bad finish, bad welding, and very bad material. Immediately, I complained, but Mr Al Falasi refused to refund the low quality bumper. He insulted me, he even insulted his staff, he shouted like crazy when I complaint about the quality…Then I contacted the manufacturer, Road Armor, in the USA and requested from them an expertise. I received a written confirmation from the Director, Mr Hanson, who confirmed that this bumper was not manufactured by Road Armor, he even confirmed that the design does not exist at Road Armor. Road Armor also mentioned that in this low cost bumper, some tubes are welded in 2 small parts, and in all original Road Armor bumpers, the tubes are always assembled in 1 piece only, never welded. I definitely don’t recommend buying from this place.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had, the owner shouts at his staff in front of customers calling him boy. had a roof rack fitted it took the 5hours, cheap China rubbish after drilling & cutting it still did not fit, they damaged my roof with their tools & all the metal filings from drilling rusted my roof had to get it rebuffed at a cost of 500des, do not use this place it cheap rubbish & you end up getting nothing more than a headache
