Here’s my reason for rating them 1 star: i had called them before going, I specifically asked them saying i have a aftermarket android screen which i would like to install on my 2009 Infiniti FX35. They said yes they can do it, so i went to them, they installed it, it took approx 3 hours. Meanwhile i was away for some urgent work. The guys called me while i was away saying its done, all controls are working. I came and was charged AED 500 for it. They seemed good as long time back i had gotten a head-unit installed in my other car from them but this time was a different and awful experience. So i reached 10pm as they said it will be done by 10pm. The car was brought outside as they were closing, i paid and was sanitizing the car before i can sit again, meanwhile they closed and left. To my knowledge, i see that my none of the controls are working, at this point i can’t see if my ac is on or not or any old features which is a supported feature with screen that i bought (can us old OEM screen features and new android features), Airbag light was also ON. I called them and they didn’t answer. Next day, i sent a message on Whatsapp and they said it won’t work as the screen i got doesn’t have this feature. I sent them videos and photos showing that it should work but still they didn’t accept. So i said if that is the case, please return atleast 50% of money, to which they said “Definitely”. They had even forgotten to put all the screws back in as i found them on the floor. When i went to them again, they reverted everything back to my old screen and refused to pay me back! I told them good luck with you bad karma.

I took there headlight restoration pack. Work was really good. Impressed with the service. Good customer care service too. They have ceramic coating for the cars. They can also fix auto smart start in your car..

I took my car for tinting from a deal I saw in Cobone and I cant say Im satisfied with Directed Auto, so I cant recommend them.Pros: Good customer serviceCons: The tint installation is poorly done with the film having so much scratches you would think it was old already. They did my windows 2x and still the work is sketchy. They blame it on the film (V-cool brand) but I Ive seen better work with others.Dont take the deal and try another place for tinting service.

This place has cost me a lot of trouble and doubled my expenses. Not recommended for brand new and luxury cars at all. For whoever willing to visit or visited please be careful.

Professional place for car audio, window tinting

The worst experience this place always keeps changing prices, the sales man gives a price and after few months this price triples, they are rude to customers. I have installed tint for 1000 dirhams which was life time warranty now they are saying is only 5 years. My advice do not visit them they will give you a huge headache and will keep changing there prices.

I have installed a custom pioneer carplay display for my ford ecosport 2017 from these guys. They took a month to complete the job to find right accessories but in the end it was completed successfully. Amazing service from mr ishad and team. Highly recommended.

Staff is very professional

I fixed remote start from these people but the vehicle does not start at the first attempt. Went to them but was totally disappointed at the response. Cannot accept their silly reasons. In crux they dont know the work properly.

Pls do not visit them for car detailing. Poor cleaning. Better get the cleaning done at petrol station. Their concept of cleaning the car from inside is vaccum only in 250 aed or more.
