5 people working there. I left after having wasted about 25 minutes, with no part. No one helped. And the two employees I spoke to were highly unskilled in basic customer service to say the least.-Walked in and asked about a part I saw on their website.The man pointed behind him just saying There.-I go to that area and theres nothing like the part Im looking for, but theres another guy, so I figured Im supposed to ask him, and I do. He tells me to wait for the salesman, hell be here soon-After 10 minutes of waiting there I ask the second employee if he knows how long it will be before the sales man gets here, and say I just wanted a part I saw on their website. He then points at the first man I spoke to and tells me he can help me. I ask that man again and he tells me to hold on and starts speaking on the phone.-I walk around the store and eventually find similar parts to the one I needed, so I decide to browse them while waiting for the salesman to get back to me.-After another 10 minutes, I go back to the man, whos no longer on the phone, and ask a third time. He then stands up and takes me to those parts I was just browsing.Theres one that could work but its different and not ideal, so I ask if they have the specific part I need in stock.He says I dont know-I suggest maybe he can check with the part number from their websiteHe says I dont know-I ask if theres anyone else in the store I could talk to to check if theres stockHe says No. No stock and shrugs, grabbing a plastic bag and reaching to take the part I said could work, but wasnt the one I wanted.-I ask if he knows how long it could be until they have it stock.He says I dont know-I ask if I can place the order on the website, would it be sent from this store or from another warehouse that might have stockHe says I dont know-I calmly tell him Im trying to buy a part from them, and would like to speak with someone who knows, asking who can I speak to.He says I dont know and shrugs again.

Please Educate your salesman. You are such a big company saling alot of items and your salesman even dont know what is Wiper Blade.
