Oh how Ive missed restaurants like this that would just give me the feels of being back in Chinatown (every country has their own for sure). From when you enter, viewing the massive choices in the menu (not to mention how it looks), and all the way until you get your order, youll know youre not in a fancy place. I say this as a compliment as these brought back memories of good, ole Asian meals (as this place has Chinese, Malaysian, and Indonesian cuisine) where I just gnawed away at undeniably delicious creations on my plate (no matter how they looked)! We ordered the Laksa Lemak (which comprised of prawn, chicken, bean sprouts, veggies, fried tofu, and egg noodles in coconut milk). Our server gave us fair warning about its spice level, so we opted for mild. For me, I could feel a little prickly heat on my palate, but nothing too alarming (dont worry I dont have callouses built in my mouth haha). Was it the best Laksa Ive had in Dubai? Nope; however, I can confidently say its in my top 10 (or 5) go-to list.We also had Fried Prawn Dumplings (a must with that phenomenal initial crunch with a flavorful fresh prawn inside) with the XO Fried Rice (which was made up of chicken, shrimp, egg, and oh that lovely XO Sauce)!Overall, if you want an easy-no-fuss-true-Asian meal, I recommend this! Just go in, get down and dirty with your food, and leave with a happy tummy!------ Laksa Lemak = 4/5- Fried Prawn Dumplings = 5/5- XO Fried Rice = 5/5

My friends and I always love the foods here. I personally love Crispy Beef Congee and Stir-Fried Turnip Cake which are done perfectly! (Thanks to the chefs) Service is always excellent especially by one of the ladies who looks Indian; super nice, polite, friendly, attentive, and sweet!(Thanks to the lady, I am sorry I did not ask for her name) I would recommend this restaurant especially if you are fan of Asian foods (Malaysian/Chinese Style)

We first ate here back in 2016 and we keep coming back until now. Our favorites would be the laksa, nasi goreng, char kway teow and of course the dimsum! Price is reasonable considering the portions as it can be shared by two people (well maybe depending on your appetite hehe). Its a relatively small restaurant along 2nd December Street (Al Diyafa Road) but packed with great selection of Singaporean, Malaysian, Chinese and Cantonese dishes.

Delicious Chinese South East Asian cuisine and Dim Sum, reasonably priced. Dishes are served quickly, much faster compared to similar restaurant with bigger kitchen. You are here for the food, not the fancy atmosphere. A casual home-cooked establishment, the plates and utensils are standard.I have tried many dishes, all is good. Dim Sum is better than Little Bangkok.Service is above average, the waitress know the menu inside out and gave her recommendation when asked. She took our order without writing it down, repeating it once and got it all right. This establishment has been around for at least 10 years and seems it’s still standing strong.

Place to go for an authentic Cantonese and Malaysian-Chinese experience. Simple surrounds, but the amazing food is what you go for. We had the seafood dumplings, beef noodles soup and seafood laksa. Absolutely loved the beef broth and noodles whereas my better half lived her laksa, that had the perfect spiced up coconut milk soup. 5 stars 🌟 all the way. Cant wait to have the beef horfun and nasi goreng next time.

This South East Asian (specialising in Cantonese Malaysian) restaurant has an extensive menu including dumplings, soups, rice and noodle dishes, mains, dessert type dishes and even teas. From individual meals to sharing plates, the food is diverse enough for you to choose from depending on your mood. The dishes themselves also vary in intensity of flavours, right through to a rich broth of Prawn Mee or Laksa. Overall, with not much competition for the type of food, this restaurant has been around for years as a staple in Dubai with good reason.Prices are also very affordable for the quality of food in this casual but friendly restaurant.

Went there for an iftar, food (as always) tastes good. Though one of the new staff lady was so rude after I had to wait for my food to arrive after 45 mins (very disappointed especially after seeing other table received their orders despite they arrived after us). Drinks came way too long (even for a bottle of water we had to ask twice) after sitting down 15mins. No on-duty staff knew about our table reservation. The service had definitely gone down with the new staff, and their knowledge about the menu is not as good as the previous staff.

So I am a regular customer in this restaurant. Dining & delivery so many times. today I order for delivery, the order total amount is 75 dirham for 2 meal and the staff is accepting my order, after around 15-20min she call me that saying “ we accepting the order this time but next time we do minimum 100 dirham for delivery because downtown is far.” Seriously the staff telling me this!We urge on the phone and I cancel the order. I told her that even on zomato delivery minimum is 80 dirham she denied that saying on zomato can’t see the minimum order. She telling me that the order is on the way with delivery guy already, I told her i don’t care I want to cancel it. this is not how you treat and dealing with regular costumer. The reason I order In this restaurant because it’s Malaysian Asian restaurant! If I order with another’s Malaysian restaurant like NUR MALAYSIA is only 50 dirham minimum delivery from oud metha to downtown. This place way more far away!!!For sure I will spread the news to all Malaysia group and won’t recommended to anyone anymore...I Usually order 2 meal only for my self, only eating 1 big meal a day! So if I ordering 3 meal total price is 100 is gonna be my meal for 3 days!!!Personal Delivery guys is quite rude also, deliver to me always with bad attitude. Not friendly at all and no single word come out from his mouths! At least should say Hi and I will be happy to give a tips!!!

Came here for dinner before a show. We were expecting it to be as good as the other location, but something just wasnt right to make it perfect. Dont get us wrong, it was still good, but it wasnt like the other location. Not to mention, it was Sunday night, so maybe like 5 other tables, and service was slow.Overall, wasnt really impressed. I still give it 4 stars because while it wasnt the best for me, I am sure this is just an off service time. I enjoyed my food, had a good time with my friends and made it in time for my show :).
