Came today to buy Macaroons of more than AED 200 in value, only had a AED 1,000 bill, they did not want to accept it because since it was not a new note the machine of the bank will not accept it at the end of the day??? Not because they didn’t have change, they had change, And gave me a sob story about how this happened once before and she had to pay from her pocket??? I still don’t know if she was implying the bill was fake, when I confronted her she said that was not the reason, it was because of the ATM?? This lady had me go and find change so I could buy the macaroons. Imagine refusing the money from a customer because it is inconvenient for them!!!😡😡😡 I cannot explain how furious I am at this level of unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service.

Special Laduree blend tea is my favorite, pistachio ice cream 🍦 is good as well
