Good food, good price. The last time I visited the waiter was a bit rude, when he brought the wrong order and informed me that I was the one who made the mistake. But overall the food is excellent.

Bad experience for the service received as we gave the order to the server and he brought another server to understand what we wanted but it got delayed 25 minutes and thereafter the server comes back to ask whats our order ? 😯 This got my friends furious as firstly they waited for the food to come and after 25 minutes the server needs to confirm what we ordered. Strange but true and the best part was they didnt have choices but we were made to understand that what we can order through choice. The management of this place should take notice of the message and work on what went wrong by not having another person have a dilemma like we did. Value for food is okay but quality needs to be scrutanized by upgrading the standards and what they do best. Service needs a hard core understanding for future people like me to visit and receive a better service and not having to get the experience like we did.

Bright Moon Cafeteria has tasty and yummy shawarma but their burger was not that satisfying. French fries was better than other cafeterias. Service crews were friendly and nice. Its location is few meters away from Burjuman metro station.

I ordered the falafel plate and its pretty good, quite expensive tho as its 1 dhs pet falafel. Their chai is good too but inconsistent. Ok service, indoor and outdoor seating available.

We stumbled across this place looking for good local food at a good price. They did not disappoint. My toddler and I loved the chicken noodle dish so much, we ordered a 2nd dish for take out. Fed 3 people for less than $15 usd. The outdoor seating is limited, and there is no bathroom, but they do accept credit cards!

Bright Moon Cafeteria is located just on the turning of the road from exiting the Metro Station opposite to the Burjuman Mall. They serve some good tasting tea, which is locally called Sada Chai. They also have some very tasty Shawarma and Hassan Matar that I have eaten across Dubai and that too at very affordable prices.They also serve low priced sandwiches, juices and other things. Overall, a decent place for a quick bite on or off the metro.
