It is a nice Belgian cafe in the palm Jumeirah. They have a nice selection of sweets and ice cream . Their sandwiches are very tasty and they are generous which justify the price . The sweet is very tasty and delicious. Their coffee is also tasty and they have nice view over the Atlantis hotel and the fountain: you can enjoy the show while eating. The team is very friendly and the service is superb. Highly recommend it.

We came from Abu Dhabi to taste Belgian Chocolate as per the name, we were surprised from the taste! When we asked the chief, we were shocked that they mix chocolate with cooking cream!!! I call this cheating.The waffle was dry as biscuit.I tried the Chief Salad and it was tasty.If a place holding a famous name of Belgian Chocolate brand, I assume it should be perfect.

A very refined place at the pointe on the Palm Jumeirah. The service is very friendly and the food was great. I tried their Guylian eggs Benedict and Caesar Salad. It was great. As for desserts, i went from something new on their menu which is the Molten cookie 🍪🤤 which was super good.

What a lovely place for breakfast with the view - watching the sea, the Atlantis, and slow arrival of breakfast seekers to the Pointe. Terrace has umbrellas to protect you from the sun. My eggs benedics with salmon were delicious. And we shared crepes with chocolate and fruits, yummy. Great stuff and coffee too. A must visit!

Lovely outdoor seating area overlooking The Palm Fountain where you can have a decent cup of coffee during the sunset, friendly staff, great service.Liked their Pistachio Latte.

Nice location, menu is a bit overwhelming and could be a bit smaller in my opinion(more than 32 pages for a cafe menu). There was only one waitress but she managed to provide a good service. Ordered an avocado toast with poched eggs and it was a good food and ok prices for the location.

In this Cafe you will get the opportunity to enjoy amazing view on Atlantis the Palm and to breathe a fresh air while treating someone with their signature Belgian desserts. Huge selection of chocolate and desserts, but I prefer their delicious sandwiches and other food items. In my case Ive tried cheese-tomato sandwich, really yummy. Great place to have a late breakfast, cause they serving the breakfast until the evening with no specific timings!

My second visit, and I decide to stay and try something different this time, amazing chocolate and the hot chocolate is amazing you should try.

Best thing about this place is the location. Looking at the Atlantis from the point. Its a beautiful place to be at. Food wise its not that exceptional. The chocolate dome was really good. Hot chocolate was alright. Rest was just ok. Could have been better. Great place to shop for gift hampers and chocolates.

We visited with high expectations given Guylian’s exceptional reputation. We ordered the chocolate dome and the golden brownie. Very disappointing... The dome was average, chain standard and the brownie was bland and wasn’t chocolately or rich in the slightest. In fact, couldn’t taste anything in particular. Neither of the desserts had the high quality Guylian flavour. When raised with staff, we were told this was standard recipe which she admitted wasn’t the best option- surely all the desserts should be of a high standard? Wasn’t refunded either desserts even though we didn’t eat it. Dessert was whisked away when we initially raised the issue so didn’t even provide the opportunity to finish what we had paid for. Was offered a small complementary box of chocolates- which we appreciate yet, feel it would have been more professional to at least also take the brownie off the bill. View was beautiful but won’t be revisiting...

There were only for 4 of us and one other table at the restaurant on Saturday morning. The scrambled eggs came out cold - so cold that I don’t know how they even managed to get them that cold - they must have been waiting for 10-15 minutes to bring them out!! The poached eggs and eggs benedict were hard (they didn’t ask me how I wanted them so didn’t feel like I could send them back but weren’t great). All the food came out at different times. The only saving grace and reason it didn’t get a 1 star was that the waffle with chocolate and fruit was actually pretty good.

Love this place from service to product everything was impeccable. Sweets are very nice as well as hot chocolate and coffee . Really fresh and tasty.

Poor service and they told me that they closed at 7 pm but I came 10 minutes before 7 and they refused to give me a cappuccino at least. Very unprofessional people and not going extra miles especially nowadays when you have to retain your clients. Will never go back again to this place.

Wanted to have a nice evening with my family and pet dog (which is allowed by the pointe), was a bit busy and no free space on the terrace so we gave our number to call us. 2hrs later we pass by and realise that there are 3 tables free. Out of curiosity I asked why werent we contacted?1. The person who booked us finished her duty. Seems she couldnt wait to leave. Good job.2. The supervisor came in and advised that we were not contacted because we had a dog and priority is for ppl without dogs.It is the most ridiculous reply I have ever heard because1. The waiter could have said so in the beginning. It was still a ridiculous reason since pets are allowed in the whole area but still could have mentioned it.2. They could have called atleast since we were waiting for 2 hours and advised the same.3. Still a funny reply that dogs are not welcomed if there are ppl who dont like dogs.Ps. We dont have a rottweiler.I was hoping to have a gathering and book the whole terrace but unfortunately due to all my friends owning dogs we wouldnt be able to. Tought luck.We never been to Guylian and we wanted to give it a try. You blew that. Maybe we will try anyone else that are more welcoming and customer driven.I bet the owner wont read this but wanted to warn other ppl before they get disappointed.
