Staff are welcoming and kind , food in general is good, we ordered grilled chicekn , kebab and arayes, it was good but the bomali salad is amazing this kind of salad i cant find it anywhere, so i was very happy when i saw it in the menu,prices comparing to the taste is expensive, outside setting is cool but the electricity was not working.but overall its good place.

Very good restaurant. We tried the breakfast menu and were impressed by the Mediterranean food options and quality. Very good in cleanliness and hygiene and an excellent ambience with a mix of old devices and everyday use items on showcases with comfy sitting indoor and outdoor.Overall 5 stars ✨

1.Over priced in comparison to the food quality and portion2.Cleanliness is not up to the standards3.The receptionists were rude and keep complaining about my child despite we were the only table in the non smoking area , they can just simply say that they dont welcome kids instead of giving us instructions ..!!4. Service is slow.5. Definitely not coming back again.6. The only positive thing is the man who serves the Arabic coffee , very friendly and polite.

Everything is perfect, but the only thing is bad is their communication through the phone is very bad, they dont listen to the full question and they close.

Very very unhygienic place, Im in shock and disgusted. I ordered coffee and half way through drinking the cup had a lipstick stain on it. I did not notice because it was dark. The waiter was very kind and replaced it for me and apologized however this just proved to me this place is not following Dubai Municipality protocols and don’t wash and clean properly. Also the tables are dirty under the glass. The chairs are sticky. Really sad but I have to leave an honest review. They serve shisha as well and god knows if those are being cleaned and sterilized. I will not be coming again. I definitely do not want to catch anything here. Im not posting this because of COVID, Im simply posting because more then covid can be transmitted through poor hygiene. I hope the owner opens up his eyes and takes action and hire cleaners and proper manager to maintain and keep an eye on these kind of situations.

Ok. I’m very picky when it comes to eat at restaurant. But this is one of the best places in Dubai.Shisha: great.Good : best quality food Ever. So delicious so fresh.

The place is nice ... thé kounafe is one if the bestThé sheesha is okey ! Their Turkish coffee is nice . The service is or the best . There is a place for improvement of the service ... the sheesha people don’t come to your table ...and please check your bill .. cause they may add things ( such as add a flavor ) and it makes no sense ...

Arrange the reviews from newest 1st.See the main complaints are about the rude manager and the lady at the entrance as well the service.So its not only me! well, it happened everyone else! I dont recommend paying them a visit, its an embarrassment to you and your guests.

I’m shocked how rude the manager was, he embarrassed us in front of all the customers. We were regular customers here, coming frequently and on the last visit we encountered the manager for the first time and he has no manners. Spoke to us very condescendingly and when we told him we won’t be coming back he was pleased. Looks like they don’t care about any of their customers. Will not be returning

Rude manager, had a terrible plate and he refused to remove it from the 700 dirham bill. The plate was worth 35 dirhams. Extremely cheap and rude.

If youre looking for a laid back, spacious cafe with shisha, then this place will be worth tryingThe staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Raymond.They have an outdoor terrace with TVs (they play some soccer games on them, so lots of people watching the games here)Shisha is very good and there are plenty of flavors to choose from.The food was also very good. All appetisers were fresh and well seasoned. The highlight of the evening was definitely the kebab with cherries.

Today was my first and last visit to this place , we went to see football match (Clasico) the quality of the photo was very low and the time was behind the livestream we complain many times after that the Waiter told us because they are boosted from internet 😅😅 We didn’t continue for more than 10 minutes in that place and they charged us for full order (2 shisha) without any excuse or sorry.Really i am very shy because we have like this arabic restaurant in Dubai.
