First time to eat in this Steak house and at first I was skeptic that its not as fancy and nice as the previous steak houses I tried here in Dubai. But the Butcher shop and grill in Mall of the Emirates really did impress me with the taste! I can say its really good!Although, price wise its a bit expensive than other steak houses in a Mall, however its justifiable for their taste! The ambiance is nice as well and they comply with Covid-19 measures so its safe to dine in!

The is my Favorite Grill Shop in Dubai! They source the best meats and have all types available!You can pick and chose your meat 🥩 and get it grilled! I also once bought their garlic sauce which is out of the world!A must go to place! Plus they have entertainer you can buy one and get one free!!!

Service: The staff can be more attentive to each table. Especially when restaurant is not busy, all staff is standing at the counter chit chatting. Our table drinks are empty, waiting to be refilled.Food: Need more steak sauce for the T-Bone Steak. It’s a big steak, the sauce is too little and they charge extra for steak sauce.Portion of food seems to be smaller now compare to my last visit.

The food was so good and delicious. Everything I ordered was perfect. I ordered calamari as starter and I loved it. Also the fillet steak was super delicious.

A great casual steakhouse that accepts the Entertainer vouchers therefore making it really price friendly. There is an array of options on the menu ensuring everyone is satisfied.We ordered sirloin steak, fillet steak and chicken breast with various sides. All dishes were devoured and we had a great time.Great service!

My family and I had a miserable experience with the espitadas, the meat was definitely gamy, we only realized it half way, none of us digested and could not sleep at night. We all experienced the same effect. Be careful to check your cuts, they add spices to hide the foul or ruined meat taste and lots of butter so you wouldnt be able to detect it easily.

Im always impressed by their service, quality and big portions. I had the Chicken escalope and it was absolutely delicious and the portion was HUGE! The mushroom sauce was awesome too. The place accepts Entertainer.

Ordered Combo menu plus a 500g Rib Eye steak for dinner (4 adults). We asked for medium. Everything was perfect, chicken, prawn, ribs, sirloin. Mushrooms sauce and blue cheese sauce go well with those. The lamb chop seasoning was good, but meat quality was substandard, it was tough, so hard that we couldnt really eat it. Not sure whats wrong as lamb should be easier to cook among others. We had peach tea in a pitcher, which they put too much ice on it.

The wagyu steak is the best steak they have so delicious and yummy.They cooked it so professional as you request every time perfect if am in mood for pinky or medium well or no blood. But i really recommend it medium as more juice for wagyu.You can buy non cooked meat as well as this is butcher shop.

The two meals we order were super tasty! Well prepared as requested, Seasoned was as it should be, and the cuts were grilled perfectly.The service was just perfect.Price is not cheep, for our meals it totaled around 250 but the portions was more than enough and believe me it worth it.It is my second visit and will do it again, adding photos from previous visit (chicken and salmon)

One of my favorite places to have a burger!! Yes a Burger. Their medium well burgers are juicy and just the right texture. It comes with fries or Onion rings and coleslaw, absolutely delicious.Another favorite is their seafood plater which is a bit costly but delicious. Their steaks are fine but Ive had better.July 2017I tried their chicken and tender the Brazilian style (hanging skewer) for the first time, it was amazingly delicious especially for the tender, so I add one more favorite meal next to their burger.

Outstanding burger and great value. The portions are very large so you don’t need to order extra sides.We also enjoyed the brisket and cheese under appetizers.

With a name like The Butcher Shop & Grill, as expected theres a variety of meat dishes on offer in the restaurant but theres also some seafood dishes too. However, the specialty seems to be steak with two full pages dedicated to it. The steaks on offer are South African or more expensive Australian grain fed steak. Within the steak cuts available, many come in two sizes of cuts and generally they come with a choice of two sides and a sauce.Theres also a premium Australian wagyu steak that only comes with one sauce and one side. We had the 250g wagyu rib-eye steak cooked medium rare. For sides we had the onion rings and creamed spinach between two of us. The steak itself was cut too thin for my liking and had a chunk of juicy fat, but nonetheless still tender. Overall though, the food is good but pretty standard fare for a meat themed restaurant.

Great place to have decent steaks.The staff is welcoming, prompt and helpful. They have an outside seating on chairs.Their steaks were good and the portions were generous, though prices were kinda above average as I consider this place to be a casual place rather than a fine dining experience.Nevertheless it was an okay meal

One of the best steak houses I tried in Dubai. The menu is very diversified. I had the Australian beef tenderloin and it was just perfect. Alex the waiter was amazing. Excellent attention to details, anticipated what we needed on the table and very friendly.

Even tough this is a steak place - take a leap of faith and enjoy their burgers. They come with fries, string onions and wonderful meat.They staff are great as well and know what it means to provide service to a customer.Well worth it in every way.

Came here with the entertainer app so it was very reasonably priced. We ordered the tenderloin and lamb sticks both exceptional with the tenderloin being my favourite.

We ordered T bone steak and Espatada (Chicken & Lamb) along with nuggets and chicken burgers for kids and all the items were amazingly delicious. We enjoyed every bit of the food and excellent service was topping on the cake. Highly recommended if you are in Dubai and love steaks.

One of the best places to get juicy and tender steaks, also the big advantage of The Butcher is their comprehensive menu where you can find wide rang of chicken and seafood plates in the same quality of their steaks.Tried their Ribeye steak cooked to medium and it was perfect.The well done Ribeye steak was a bit chewy.Overall, its recommend restaurant to get cooked to perfection steaks.

We love the headquarter dishes in South Africa. And this was first time for us to order from this franchisee in Dubai and what is more we ordered delivery. But the taste was pleasantly surprising! Only a comment is on elaboration of each dish which comes in very simple package. (Just meat, just salad and nothing to add as seasoning.)

The service is very slow and you have to keep following what you have asked for.however the food is good, the steaks seasoning was perfect. The mix grill was done perfectly.h the bread served in the start was not fresh.You can also use entertainer which is a plus.Over all experience was satisfying

Food is great tbh but the waiters were quite rude to us.First time they missed a dish from our order and when inquiring the server said that i didnt ask for it but in a way as if accusing me for the mistake, which could have been handled gently, we did nothing to provoke them it was a surprise the way they treated us. Also when asking about the entertainer offers - 1 dish was not applicable for the entertainer (under 50 aed) which is ok but the guy raised his voice so loud as if to embarrass us for using entertainer. Why participate in the entertainer if you dont want people to use it?No manager was on the floor to complain about the attitude. We left really questioning the reason for their behaviorUPDATE:The response received from butcher shop (can be found below) is the same generic response sent to clients with similar complaints earlier, yet it seems nothing is really being done except trying to protect your online reputation rather than keeping your customers happy and returning.

The quality of the ribeye is one of the worst i have ever triedI could not cut it using their special knifeThe glasses smellBut this can happen anywhere and as a customer i do undeterred that there was a sort of bad luck and that’s why i dont do bad reviews usually but the issue thatThe manager his name Tareq did not bother to come and check with us. Even after we called him he did not try to explain anything noting that we did not call him until we have paid for everything... i just feel bad for the waiters who are working with such incompetent and unprofessional manager

This place has always been my favorite. Their portions are adequate and the taste is really good. Sometime the service is little slow for my taste, but it isnt bad. Whenever Im in mood for having some steaks, this is my go-to place.

By far one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to, especially when it comes to being inside of a mall. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection but it is on the pricy side, it is dubai anyways. We ordered the tomahawk steak and the wagyu fillet with asparagus, mashed potatoes, rice, corn and onion rings. The sauces were a cheese sauce and a garlic sauce, both were delicious. The corn wasn’t that good, I felt like it had been reheated but all the other sides were delicious. The onion rings really stood out. The meats are only seasoned with salt and black pepper if you choose so. If you’re looking for quantity and do not mind paying extra then go for the tomahawk, if you want quality and don’t need quantity go for the wagyu fillet. Excellent restaurant overall and great service. The prices are not justified by the ambiance they are justified by the cuts and quality.

Steak at the Butcher Shop is ALWAYS good! I ask for it to be done medium well and it turns out perfect; the meat is cooked well and it’s still nice and soft.

Beeing the meat lover that i am quality of meat presentatuon and price is all a factor. The butcher shop & grill is now one of my frequent stops as the prices are fair presentation is excellent staff is always friendly and actually recognize me already and know precisely what my prefrance is already the quality off meat is exceptional.I always leave with biltong in hand as it makes me feel even more at home. I havent reviewed them as yet as i like to see the consistency off such establishments and must say well done butcher shop & grill you will be seeing me again soon

I was here 2 months ago and had a really nice experience. Went there yesterday and it was completely different, the Meat was really Hard, not really good, asked for extra fries because I didnt had many the Last time I was there, they brought me the exact same amount and charged me for extra fries. Not the experience I was expecting

I’m really disappointed they used to be a great restaurant today I have made an order on entertainer in which I have ordered half ribs which should be slowly cook they just sent me a piece of old rib smelling bad not cooked, I used to eat at this restaurant a lot but this would be my last time. I can’t imagine that anyone professional in any restaurant will send this piece of meat that they have delivered this is the way you start losing your customers.

There are very limited places that serve good steaks. This is my favorite spot to dine in and for takeaway raw meat. Everything is perfect. You can choose your cut and ask them to make as you prefer it. The food is fantastic. The staff is really friendly. The prices are a bit expensive. Dessert could have been better

We had lunch at the BSG MOE. The food was great as always but the staff tried to cheat us, we had used 2 entertainer vouchers to pay for 4 main courses (voucher valid on main courses only), they deducted a main course and a starter instead which was 1/4th the price of the main course. When i asked about it, they were trying to say that the voucher is for lowest item. Eventually, They did give back the due discount.

This the second time I visit this place its not worthy at all the food not tasty at all and cold

The sirloin that we ordered was so tough i cant even finish it. the manager replaced it with something else however i was already disappointed about the food so i wasnt able to finish my meal.

I like to eat the steak here, it reminds me of Souty Africa, still the first one at Mandela square in Johannesburg is my best store to eat steak in.

I eat here alot and the steak is always perfect, service is very good and they have free refill for the soft drinks.

At first they serve you sausage with a certain sauce that they do and they also have great salads and appetizers. My advice from me to you is to try any salad with goat cheese. Once you eat it you will think that you ate something extraordinary.

They have chicken and seafood for the non meat eaters and you can also have grilled vegetables if you are a vegetarian....Service is efficient and friendly and you really get good value for your money.If youre in the area, its worth your while to make a stop at the mall and sit down for a proper piece of meat.

Over cooked fillet steak for me and my bro. This place needs to be run by a South African who knows meat and not by someone from the Middle East. Ive never heard anyone say Lets go have some Lebanese/Iraqi/Jordanian/etc steak. Needs someone who knows how to Braai!

Delicious wagyu steak.The waiter service was a little slow and he should have informed us of what food was not available before we made our choices.We took our time choosing the main dishes for our dinner, only to be told by the waiter oh sorry thats not available... 🙄

Steak was very tender but the steak had no flavor which really impacted the steak, if you come here i really recommend getting a sauce as the lack of flavor is very evident

My go to casual steak house. Meat quality: excellent ; Cooking: exactly as you request; Portions: (almost) South African sized; their seasonal offers tend to be really good value, my favourite was in 2017 for one month all you can eat ribs and they were always cooked to perfection!! Strongly strongly recommended but please , dont order take away and expect the same level of experience, its not under their control.
