Since the first contact with TLZ, you feel you’re dealing with a professional team, ready to help you in any issues.I want to share a true event (June 2021).In the middle of my Emirates id process (by that time, I had no id yet, and my passport was with the authorities) I needed to move to a different hotel in Dubai. When arriving to the hotel, they didn’t allow me to do the check in, because I had no passport and no Emirates id. Being caught in such an unusual situation, even worst, during a weekend day, I called Oliver (my contact at TLZ) and in about 5m Oliver sent to the hotel a document that proved my passport was with the authority and finally I was able to do my check in.This is a true example how this Team rocks’.Thank

What can I say. Karl and his team have gone above and beyond, and continue to do so, in helping me with all the licensing, visa etc processes. Weve hit a number of challenges and obstacles along the way with authority processes being delayed and bank account set-up issues, and TLZ stopped at nothing to break down barriers and help me get everything finalised. They really listened to my needs, issues and concerns and made me feel like a priority even though they have hundreds of other customers to also take care of. They even took care of some of the costs which came from these complications which is a testament to their customer dedication. Setting up a business in the UAE can be a long, bumpy, arduous process and having a company you trust to help you manage the frustrations and get results is key. TLZ was that company for me.
