They can break your dreams to own a Home . Your budget & planning to buy a home can be destroyed by this company. They value your property so very low that your budget to pay to Bank increases and then you may not be able to finalize the deal. They are totally unprofessional and unpractical. They dont care of your agreement with the seller. They just put any low value which is not at all near to the current market . This way our whole efforts of getting the loan and finding the right property goes in dustbin. They teach their employees to value it less so that they have to pay less commissions to their staff.If you are going through Mortgage property then tell your bank to not to use this company for valuation even if they give you free.They dont think the efforts a buyer goes through while all this process and they will just break your dream with one unjustified report.

Just had Hassan over to my new Villa for evaluation in the past weekend. I was so impressed with his professionalism and sense of humor. It was his off day and he went extra mile to take my request to visit my place as I was busy on weekdays due to work. He took time to explain me how the process worked and was accommodating to my request to walk quietly through my Villa when my 2 babies were sleeping in the villa while he was taking pictures for his evaluation. I would definitely recommend CM for house evaluation based on my experience.

Unqualified Appraisers and it cascade all the way up to the partner levels, they are following a methodology that is absolutely right however the application part of it which require a good knowledge of the market, micro segmentations of the units to a achieve a proper and accurate comparable evaluation (which requires the human aspect of the process - unfortunately Cavendish Maxwell lack the quality here) is very poor which leads to inaccurate evaluation, my advise is to always look at alternatives option and not to go with this company.UPDATE FOLLOWING THE REPLY FROM CAVENDISH MAXWELL :Thanks for your reply, looking at the reply itself reiterate my impression that the methodology is correct but the application is absolutely lagging way behind, to make things clear, I have sent an email to you and provided all the evidences that prove your evaluation was done without knowledge of the area and was done using rule based methodology with no context of the area and the dynamics within that area. You could have responded to my email rather than responding here!

Hassan was assigned to evaluate my property and I was very impressed by his kindness, knowledge of area and proffesionalism. Compared to other evaluators I met, Hassan is very friendly, he spend time explaining what he is doing which reflects the level of his qualifications and suitability for the job he is doing. Bad property surveyor company with unqualified staff. They dont know how to perform for a fair appraisal. Well my advise to all of those who are planning to hire them, keep away. Cause those who have hired them knows well and have paid a huge price in big loss.

I was very familiar with Cavendish Maxwell as they are very known for their market insights. We had Faiyd Hassan over to do a valuation on the property we are in. The service was very professional and he managed to throughly inspect the property without it feeling invasive at all.
