BIZ was a nice place to have a business license with for us for the last three years. Efficient, keeping their promises on the timeline, flexible to an extent. They are one of the best in terms of a price point, though things might change with the new available options coming. This is just absurd. When I was in the process of making the company, the service was top-notch. But as soon as my company was established, they all seem to disappeared. My personal manager blocked me on WhatsApp, the contact phone that listed is never responsive. I left 100 voice messages and never got response! The email is same. This company is borderline scam. The most atrocious service ever.As well they said the renewal of the company will be twice as much, because and here I’m quoting them “what you manager promised you, is not what reality will be”. There is no any regulations regarding how much you’ll pay next year. So don’t fall for all of their promotions. Because after a year they’ll say that never happened.I wish I never found this company.

As a client of this company my feedback is that the service is below standard and unhelpful. The staff is rude and not willing to help clients. For sure I will make the next company in another Free Zone.

Despite a good start when I signed with BIZ for my FZ license, the service has gone lower in quality with several issues on my dependent visa leading to overstay fines due to poor communication.Lovely team but maybe not big enough to manage all their client properly.

Been very grateful and satisfied on Rozas service, shes great and really helped us to finish all our requirements in due time. Leaving her customer satisfied at all time.

When my employer opened a company using BIZ, they were helpful and the process was easy, however for closing the company, they were the complete opposite. Not responsive to calls and emails, the entire process was very much delayed from their end, customer service was poor and for the price you pay for their services (it is quite overpriced) you would expect some more attention to your needs. They gave blatant misinformation about the visa cancellation process and their misguidance and unconcern made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and prolonged. I would not recommend BIZ for anyone looking to open a company in Dubai.

I have read all the positive comments on this site and wish I had had the benefit of dealing with Ishani or any of the older staff. As someone rightfully mentioned, there has been a high turnover of staff so I am not surprised that the quality of service is now very poor. This is 2021 and amidst a pandemic, BIZ increase their prices. When the UAE Government is trying to encourage business and a economic recovery, BIZ instead chooses to do the opposite. Since 2013, I have not had any issues with my Creative City license but this year for the first time, I am dealing with people trying to blackmail me into siging an exclusivity agreement and to reduce my visa allocations. I know everyone has to earn a living but do it honestly and with integrity BIZ. Please Refund my payment or issue my license.

Avoid this company as soon as you can, been promised 8400 AED renewal fee with a confirmation by email from their employee, next year they want to charge me 16,000 AED!! After almost 2 months back and forth they got it to 13,000 AED for no visa & one shareholder. Worst company I have ever dealt with so far, so many complains, reached out to Creative City Fujairah as well. I referred 2 people and I regret it, I was also going to refer one more person but for sure not anymore. The frustration they put their clients through is unacceptable. Nothing anyone would want to go through, shame what a service.

Just 1 day left for my visa grace period,after receiving my application and noted me with well received..they are unable to find the application?and very poor service we are facing now.always chasing them...no body is assigned to look into customer account.I need my status by tomorrow and penalties i will not handle that u guys are unable to know about my application even

The worst free zone agent who does not understand clients situation at all. At a time where the whole world operates in a pandemic assisting one another to rise up BIZ ensures they maximize profitability by increasing charges, embedding hidden charges and making it feel good for the client by saying we want to help you but the authority does not permit.No response, no follow up and frequent staff changes who does not have a clue of long standing client profiles. Hidden charges, no transparency what so ever. No standard tariff communicated to clients and fees and charges fluctuate as they wish. Above all when trying to withdraw the relationship forces the client to pay AED7,500/- which was never communicated to issue NOC. What a cost? who can justify? The most unprofessional agent with a sole motive of earning profits even at the last breath of the client. You made a miserable exit of our relationship making me spend over 6 hours in Fujairah authorities today. Absolutely in awe of your pathetic service that lacks human touch. As long as you earn smooth profits from us you are fine, but when we need a helping hand we have see the true colors. The fake, profit focused BIZ attitude in you. Just too disappointed.
