Nice plans and designs. Very modern amenities and architecture. Great location, near most of Dubais government, civic, financial and corporate centers and offices. Its also a walking distance from the Metro.

The place is very nice, however the arrangement was confusing and crowded, no regular parking available

There are many carparks available around this complex in addition to the one in the basement. Situated just next to Sh.Sayed road.

Those are sharing offices but I loved how its merged in a smart way.
