We came to enquire about a cooking range worth AED 2730 and the person in charge here Mohammed Iqbal gave us absolutely horrendous behaviour. He refused to show us the product and refused to tell us anything about the features of the cooking range just because we wanted to buy it from another shop. Whether or not we buy from this showroom or not, how can he speak to us and choose not to tell us about the features about the cooking range.When I told him that I would like to complain to his management about the service we faced, he refused to give me a number or an email address where I could write my review and then he changed his behaviour and decided to show us the features.He had an angry behavior, was totally hostile and unapproachable. I suggest you give him some training in customer service.If there was a minus star rating, I would have given that as well.
