An amazing office of dubai silicon authority which is open you can access 24 hours. They have free parking outside. Emirates NBD banks Cash deposits machines. Subway, costa coffee and cupagawa coffee outlets. If you want to deposit any company or fees of residence for silicon authority you can do 24 hours.

We are very frustrated for the service rendered. Your staff asking us to pay service fee and after one hour asking again to fee additional fees it seems not focus in the work. We have paid one service fee but due to not focusing the work they asked us again to pay additional fee which this can be paid in the reduce amount. Right now our money stucked and not refunding to us. Its almost 2 months asking for refund but just they told me better dnt ask for refund so can close the application. What kind of this advise? Our money paid coming from our sweat and you did not do anything for it !!! Service not rendered so we are asking for the said refund why you dont refund it??? How we can recommend future clients if this us the way you rendering service to the client its a very big no.

Was a tenant for almost 5 years. Decent location and nice property but ultimately the dreadful customer service from DSO Authority forced us out.

Not at all satisfied with the service even though it was not directly approached. Visa issuance is the biggest issue which takes lot of time compared to mainland and no one properly responded

This place seems out of dubai. it doesnt work like rest of the dubai. very slow with the process. no on answere the calls, no one entertain you when you visit the office. licensing team takes ages to reply . the work which takes 2 days to finish in mainland dubai. for DSO it take more than a month.

The worst customer service ever faced. The time lines are rubbish.

Its also known as DSO head quarters. It has a beautiful architecture. The park near it has a beautiful landscape, and good for walk, jog or small picnics. Our parrotss insta is bur.pepper

Full of life.. I think working there is going to be pleasant. It is like working in a shopping mall where you have many options in a single place.

Very hard to get through the customer service phones. Even its ringing to License Department, they will drop the call. No one answers emails unless you will address it to the specific name of the employee. License Team come on!!!!

The superb architecture and beautifully planned layout for this building makes it to deserve all stars. This building is home to several office zone. Designated places for coffee, lounge, etc. RTA stop close by and the ample parking spaces adds to its convenience for visitors and employees.

Good people really, I visited there for business and talked to them, they are very cooperative and supportive, in addition the building has an direct exit to MBZ road, it’s easy to go to Dubai and Sharjah , it has an access from Abu Dhabi while coming in Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and from Al Ain as well, From Sharjah you have to go to Dubai Al Ain Road for around one kilometer and return back

DSO authority still providing business services and managing the areaIn the HQ building there are lots of offices, international companies in addtion to banks, restaurants on the ground floorExternal parking provided and most of internal paidIn general the community is planned well so far and there as still a lot to comeThe service start is much easier than services cancellation, I would suggest to evaluate and audit services cancellation as currently it has huge amout of termination charges .. for rent reached over 30,000 AEDI would suggest to listen more to residents in the community
