Great place in business bay with awesome views

Its the best tower in Business bay. Churchill towers are two towers (one residential and the other offices) located at the southern part of business bay. No traffic issue.great amenities and views. The location is great as it is easy to get around Business Bay. The size of the apartment is large. Best place for offices Conveniently located and good unobstructed views of the city from higher floors. The gym and the pool are above average standards. Nice location in the heart of Dubais high-rises and within the vicinity of the Burj Khalifa.

One of the best and renown building in this area ,Residential and commercial both,location is good because boundry of this property touching Dubai Canal so view is great from inside outside ..You have option of Burj Khalifa View as well

This Bulding is clean and not busy I suggest it to review your contract and read all page one by one .Before you do signature.The rule is hard and serious 🧐 as one of my friends told me.the people who stay in this building is also are good people.From churchil tower to metro is 20 min by walking 🚶🏻‍♂️.Taxi is available most the time. But not in busy time .And to nearest hotel is only 2 min by walk.3star hotel ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Generally is better you search more buildings in Business bayMaybe you can found better Buiding for your office .That’s itAns good luck

Churchill towers, are one of the best towers in busses bay, there is one for offices and one residential.-Apartments are big and spacious-Views of burj khalifa and burj l Arab.-I haven’t seen a pool in dubai bigger than the one they have.-The Gym is also big and spacious,-They have playing area for kids, basketball court, steamer, sauna, public bathroom and showers-It’s right on the canal-They have available parking for visitors, but sometimes the parkings are not enough, previously there were more parkings available.-The rent prices decreased now same as all buildings in UAE.-I have family living in this building and i am always here and around, I’ve never seen the building dirty or messy-Security guards are nice helpful
