Amzing view the curved dubai canal with towers of building in the background makes it stunning to look at, Tallest Burj Khalifa looks visible Tallest than all towers, prime location, limited but free parking facility inside.

Nice towerAn Architectural icon and 3stars building with a panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed road,, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone, as well as the Dubai Diamond Exchange, Dubai Pearl Exchange, and the gold and diamond vaults.The best commercial building in Dubai. The location and views are amazing. High security and the overall feel is great.

Superb business tower! Good facility, well maintained!

Apart from there not being parking AT ALL! You as the guest must park outside for some unknown reason or you can park inside but then you have to pay. And then you get the flippen rude security.

My office building...Its cool to have a office in that place.

Visited to office on 11 Jan 2020. Due to lifts are not working used service lift. Walls around service lift is so dirty as well as floor. People who are entering (employees of building) sorry for that but unbelievable smelling bad. Building manager or companys managers should warn their employees. On this point of view deserves 1* but gave 3* only for:securities are welcoming, parking easy/available, entrance of building is nice BUT service lift, dirty walls, smell

A very organized business tower but needs extra parking spaces to avoid waiting time.

The worst place ever! Parking is a major issue they have plenty of parking outside the building but the building guys have closed it down inorder to make visitors pay for parking in their building. Maintenance in this building sucks.
