Nice view from 11th floor

Small food court and only one in the locality. If you are around this is a good place to lunch.Have a very nice fine dine restaurant for official lunch too

Nice place, we had a training course for Fortinet NS4Clean, nice and good viewThe lunch was average but it’s good over all

Maintenance is nearly absent and sometimes smelly. Parking access and spaces are badly designed.

The office tower is about a 10 minute walk from Nakheel metro station/2 minute walk from Media City tram station. There are some top companies based in the tower! Although it looks a little old and some facilities are outdated, it is nonetheless well maintained. Staff are also friendly.

Very good place for offices. I like the relaxing places or smoking area very much maintained. Limited food court but i like the new section of Arjaan. Water pressure in loo is very low on almost all the floors but main looby and conference areas are fine. Staff keeps it clean on shift wise.

Location is nice,another side is for hotel. Backside is Dubai Media City,near the beach also.
