Terrible after-sales service. We purchased an Felix intercom system from them in October 2018 afterwhich each time we had a mulfunction they would take days to send a team to check. The audio and video clarity of the product was poor and far low quality than other suppliers. We just had another malfunction again today, and after I spoke to the owner of Zetek he was very disinterested. He denied he was the owner and said he is just a manager. I mentioned that Im happy to pay for the cost of repair, product and labour and asked him to come to give an estimate. He then asked for AED 400 in advance only to provide an estimate. When I suggested that AED 400 was a bit steep for just visiting, he refused to talk further and disconnected the phone. I would NEVER recommend using Zetek. Terrible after-sales experience !

ZETEK and WAVELINK have everything our company needs from locks to brackets to access control and accessories, intercoms, CCTV, NVR, Biometrics and even Hotel Door Locks! Worst company ever. Very aggressive over the phone, not helpful at all, the salesperson almost yelled at me to explain that they did not have the kind of solutions we were looking for, even though I did not finish explaining what I actually needed. I dont recommend dealing with them, when I see how the service is before the sale... I cannot imagine after the sale.

The worst material delivery of equipment we are experiencing for orders placed in 2017. No delivery commitments are being met even after confirmation by the higher management. This has put us down with our Clients
