Very poor in terms of customer service. The lady was least bothered to even show Grohe products let alone cater to customer needs. I enquired about health faucets and she had no clue what it was. Luckily all prices were mentioned on the products so her presence was not needed. Just down the road Kohler sales guy was more helpful. Will be buying from there.. dont bother to visit here and waste your time.

I was inquiring and the guy Bassil was very rude and raising his voice over me as a customer. Not a good sales consultant
